Please don't rent here. Con artist. Tell you one price to get you in, and then load you down with a lot of extra cost. First month for $1 is a lie. I have a 5 by 10. For a weak and a half I'm out of $140. My bill was supposed to be $60 a month after, 2 month for a $1
Ive had 2 storage units in 2 1/2 years, started with a smaller unit and 3 months ago upgraded to the next size up. This larger unit started at $117.00 a month and in 3 months time it is now $148.00 a month. The smaller unit I had, went from $50 something and increased 2 times in almost 2 years to almost $100 a month. What changes in storage until with no electric, no water, no windows - what changes to make them continue to increase the cost of the unit? Horrible way to treat their customer! In 2/12 I have paid them over $2500 - I could build my own small barn for that and that is exactly what I will do! No I am not adding my proof of purchase!
I have been a customer for 5 years. That does not count for anything if you fall on hard times. I was living in a hotel because I had no where else to go. I had churches helping but only for so long. I am going to be put out on the street. I am 64 and disabled. Public Storage would not let me make smaller payments on the back rent. My mom's things are going to be sold on the 26th of September. I will have nothing left of her except memories. Public Storage customer service told me the process could not be stopped and it was out of their hands. They would not tell me whose hands it was in. Is this customer Service?,

Me and my significant other went by there to look for a storage unit, for our new home and we were 100% satisfied with Antonio's customer service. I mean he was phenomenal; even my fiancé was extremely happy and that's very important to me. He was quick to respond to our questions and helped us with exactly what we were looking for. He was also very professional. Me and my fiancé will be coming back again once we move into our new home. And I highly recommend that you use him if you are in need of a storage unit.

NICK provides great service and is, very polite. He reminded me to check my storage room before accepting it.He offers use of the storage lift. The rate was reasonable and the room was dry.the only drawback was an incline to second floor but because he was honest and had me check first before signing, I accepted it.
This place is awful. The regional manager Marina and the one above her Lisa Thomas are criminals. They allowed a unauthorized user to have my gate code. That person went in and stole over $8000 of furniture from my unit. Not only that, but there was rat poop alllllll over everything and rats eat through furniture at this property. They will do nothing to help you out after they have made a mistake. Lisa doesn't care about customers. She will hang up and be completely rude. Dora is the only employee who seems to show any remorse or care for customers. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They will get your stuff stolen and highly damaged and DO NOTHING TO HELP!
We got out the stuff delivered but delivery was very poor. Only one person came for the delivery it was taking ages for him to get the stuffs moved into the apartment.We had move some stuffs to our apartment on our own.The only person came for delivery did not have sufficient tools to assemble tables and mattress bed stand. Also i had to pay 25 $ more at the time of delivery which is not mentioned in the bill at all. Few damaged items too.
Too costly as well, Initial quote was 2300$, So that i wont move to other movers and packers, The day before the pick up and gave another estimate to 4000$ and at the time of pick up ended up with 4600$

The Saturday only site manager Sean at the Moorpark, CA location has shown himself to be the icing on the cake.
Sean has a very special way of relating himself to your personality and your needs. Based on my personal experience, Sean is someone who works beyond the scope in making my time and space an enjoyable experience.

I have moved and the location I pay my bill is@ property number ******* which Mr. Daric are there most of the time as soon as I enter I am greeted with a smile and great manner, always have a joke to finish out the day.
They are very polite. Hi, This company provides excellent customer service. I had the pleasure of speaking with JOSH, 5/17/20 he was very knowledgeable and very well spoken about the company policies answered all my questions. I would certainly recommend my family, and friends to this company.
We reserved one unit, once there realized needed more Judy was fantastic got us two more one right next to other and one even closer to door. Unloading a 26 foot trailer was a nightmare but Judy made sure we had no issues.
I have just rented a storage unit from your property #*******. I am very happy about the treatment I got from Kelly. She went over and beyond her job. I would highly recommend her and public storage to everyone! Ryan was very helpful too. Kelly is the best!
