Public storage has large shareholders. Vanguard, insiders. When you rent from public storage your rent starts going up. Their latest earnings has profit 10%. I have been with public storage, my rent started $250.00. Now almost $900.00 per month. I have interviewed other renters who say the same. I will be exiting public storage.

Thanks for the price hike I received in my email from $116 to 141 and the price hike takes affect next month leaving me no time to give notice. Great business practice. Oh the phone recording says you care about the customer. Smh

I just want to say, Tina the facility manager on Franklin in Sacramento ca. This person has proven her self time and time again i have been a renter there since 2008 my needs have been meet with such professionalism and a ready to service attitude all the time this person has went above and beyond her duty to make her customers feel conformable renting at public storage i have witness this so many times. I think its time to say Tina, Your Just awesome.

My Public Storage is in Bellevue, WA, the Factoria area, or *******. I had already visited once re my check that PS had cashed but which did not show as paid. I took in a copy of the check. Jeff was on duty, and he immediately called John, faxed my check to him, and 5-8 minutes later, I left with a receipt of the questioned check payment. I appreciated that Jeff handled my question/problem immediately, was nice and respectful in doing so, and in all, gave me good service. We have hired PS for years, and this "odd check non-payment though cashed" was the first problem we have had with the company. Jeff sent me off a pleased customer. Thanks!

Allen is always helpful in attending to our needs. We started with Public Storage in 2014 & Allen has been there the whole time. He originally helped in choosing a unit that would fit our needs & budget. When it was time to down size he helped with choosing the correct unit for us & even helped in the transformation from one unit to the other. He helped in signing us up with auto pay which takes the headaches of making sure unit is paid for on time. He is very courteous, helpful & has the knowledge for anyone to choose a unit. The only problem I have with Public Storage is that every year the rent goes up, but Allan has nothing to do with corporate decisions. I hesitate to say but if the price keeps going up we will have to find another storage facility & I will miss Allen!

You made it very easy for renting and finalizing this transaction, thank you again.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Very nice facility... secure, air conditioned and very clean. The only reason I left is because I moved out of state. Thank you all at Public Sorage for making my move in and out easy,

This by far would be the worse, the storage use to be call 360 now that public storage has taken over its going to $#*!. The Lil girl who thinks she can call your phone when she wants to need to be fired... call your momma on sundays... best thing to do is call Bertha... DM... she need to fire these poor excuse for workers...

I made my reservation online, had to wait 2 days to get a unit. The computer system was down. My home flooded, I needed a place to put what little stuff I had left to store. My problem is, I signed a contract for $107.00,4 months later it was increased to $134.00. Called the customer service which took over 30 minutes to get a representative, the rep said usually they do not increase the rate so fast, they could not explain the increase and it was up to the district manager, that he would call me back, never got a call back. So I notice the Public Storage in the areas that flooded have higher storage rates, than areas that did not flood in Houston.

"Briana was very helpful and very easy to work with. I used storage facilities before was never really happy with the customer service so I've been looking for a good place to store my work equipment. She not only got me the size unit i needed, but when a larger unit was available and had a special rate for the same price as the one I had she let me know about it so I could rent that one. Public storage is total TRASH. Wasted money and my belongings destroyed due to a neglected issue on their part. No one will return my call or email. I've contacted Salvador Chavez for 2 weeks will not respond. TRASH! TRASH! TRASH!

Ms. Iris from the Byberry Rd location (*******) went out of her way and beyond it all to meet my needs for a storage unit to rent out last week. Ms. Iris you are the best. I appreciated her help with getting everything situated for me for to move my stuff into storage Her customer service skills, mannerism, and professionalism was 100% perfect. She was very knowledgeable the property and she was able to get me in and out with the entire process. Thank you Ms. Iris for all of your help. I truly appreciate you so much.
