Came in and they made things vary easy and fast. I had all 4 baby's with me and they made things fast and easy. Rachel was vary helpful and even told me about the special they had for the bigger unit for the same price as the smaller one. Thank you so much for making storage one less thing to stress about.
First my unit was broken into I moved my stuff out 11/2 2 days into my next month they are trying to charge me 70.00 for the month of November. When i went in after hearing my unit was broken into i went in the cops where there due to more break ins. Read your insurance policy you have to provide receipts for everything not worth the additional 12.00 a month unless you have receipts for everything, terrible place to rent. Price hikes are another issue with this place
Public Storage is a total joke… don't waste your time or money! I was a victim of Identity theft and spent hours on the phone with their team… only to be told I had to pay late fees. I had proof of affidavits and called prior to incurring fees, they didn't care and only want to take your money and Leon your assets. I had never been late… ever and was subjected to the horrible treatment of this joke of a company! Don't ever go here!
Public storage is a joke. Took 6 months to get a light bulb fixed. Made many phone calls and got no where except every excuse on why it wasn't fixed. Finally after 6 months they fixed it. Signs all over their stores say 100% customer satisfaction. Yeah right. No discount or nothing. In return I got a price increase of +$40. How do you price increase when a unit I was paying for was not taken care of. The only positive thing I have is the manager of the store was trying for me. It was not her fault. It was from the district manager on. Time to take my business elsewhere
Horrible horrible I went in under the 1 dollar deal that turned into 25 then into 77 and finally 108 to much bull$#*! then they say the online app doesn't have to tell you about all the hidden fees crazy! Then I go on line to pay the bill and I be damned if they wanted 10 convenience fee so I call the bastards wanted 20 extra dollars crazy if I had all this cash my $#*! would not be in storage
The employees at Public Storage from the national reservation representative Michael, to the local Aleks, Shana, and Anthony, are customer service oriented, and I cannot thank them enough for locating one larger unit, which costs less, instead of two smaller units for my sons belongings. They were also willing to fax the rental agreement to enable prompt reimbursement. The coordination between these employees helped to reduce the overall stress that accompanies moving.
In May I said let me pay my bill for June in full now so you can't throw a late charge on me. Then in June said I owe 11.00 and still threw a late charge.
This lady is just scamming me out of more money. Don't recommend. Very disappointed.
I haven't been able to get in my storage unit or speak to customer service to get any results, my unit is at at 5151 pike plaza Indianapolis, Indiana the property manager do not respond
Shay is awesome! I went to the office to make a payment and it was super busy. There were at least 4 people ahead of me and still greeted me as I came in the door. She was multitasking on both computers and I was out within 15 minutes! Shay is super friendly and you just dont run into people with genuine customer service skills! What a great experience!
This location has the best staff and great service. Grace is the on site manager she is Professional and has a winning personality. The are clean and very helpful they do there job without question its never a mystery what you read on the website is exactly what you can expect and pay for. She also is very prompt about her job and always makes you feel welcome. This is my 3rd storage unit in the last 3 years and I have to boast it has been the best experience and the only one I have kept longer than 60 days and will continue to do business with.

The PS employee, Shana, was so helpful and the friendliest we ever had the pleasure of working with. We have rented from PS in Hilton Head for twenty plus years. First at the location near the Airport then at the one near the Sea Pines gate! We must have interrupted her 7 or 8 times as she was working in the office! We had to purchase boxes, wrappings, and paper but never knew how much to get so consequently had to make numerous trips! She was a good sport, never lost patience, and even bid us a farewell with "I'll miss you all -- good luck!" She's a keeper...
I pay on time then they reject my money say it a bad check and put a late fee 20 plus a bad check fee 25 and did it again and again scam don't trust this company just want to take your money my storage is only 27 then it went to 95$ scam
Recently rented a small storage at property # *******. The lady Ms Lena at the counter was very helpfull, she got me got price from her managers for which i am very appreciative.and look forward for a long term renting. Perhaps in future will look for a bigger store place if fairly priced.

I wouldn't recommend renting space at Public Storage unless you are prepared to spend 47% more than the original price in 1 year's time. My 5 x 10 storage unit started at $66 then went up to $75 after 6 months then up to $97 at 1 year of renting space there.
This is a Countrywide issue as I have also rented space in another state with price increases every 6 month.
Suggest you go to a local company instead of Public Storage who DIS their loyal customers.
I was over Charged then it was sent to a collection for a balance that I was not Mine that ruined my credit after my unit was fladded. Supposedly it controlled temperature environment where the pipes broke and destroyed all my property and then the insurance company only wanted to pay me 20% of the value. Of the items In storage 4 months and I still have not been paid for any of my belongings nobody has ever working here. The insurance company never gets back to not suggest this place by any means
