She has always acted in a professional manner and has a good attitude towards the customer and the business she oversees. Timisha is the type of person who I appreciate dealing with. Martin the Property Manager at the 18 1/2 mile and Mound facility in Sterling Heights, Michigan is an All-Star. I have never seen anyone who is so quick to think on their feet and solve problems within a New York second. This guy is unbelievable. The building and property is immaculate and running finer than a Swiss watch. I heard alot about him and had to go see for myself what all the hoo-rah is about. I am beyond impressed and amazed. He gave me all my options and was very transparent. As long as he is running the show I will be a long-term tenant.

There is security and the deal for this day. Even though I was in Seattle, I needed the storage unit in Everett. There was no problem. We then set a time I would be at the unit.
When I arrived at Public Storage at 9011 Evergreen Way in Everett. I was greeted by Amber. Amber explained all the forms to me as I was signing them. Amber had walked me to my storage unit. Showed me how to do the alarm to get in and out. Then gave me the keys. We were done.

I stored my boat at the OKC, Reno Ave location, the manager called and told me the boat had been vandalized, after arriving i find out it had been two days ago and he forgot to call the right number, The boat had speakers and batteries laying beside it and when i got there they were gone so the idiots that had been there 2 days ago came back and took more! What kind of idiot is running this place? He even mentioned that he noticed where they had been coming in and out of the fence and needed to fix it,, OMG can it get worse? If you want your property safe DO NOT use this place! Oh and when i arrived at noon there was a message on the door manager will be back by 2 pm and the security gate was wide open so hell invite all thieve in to take whatever or maybe the manager is part of the ones that did this?

Carina and Darlene provided excellent customer service. Both of them are very helpful and friendly. They answer all your questions. They know want they doing. They resolved all issues that arose with the storage process. This place looking good. It's very quiet, nice and clean. Darlene and Carina keep it very well maintained. Thank you both for your kindly help!

We had never rented a storage before so the process was new to us. We were helped by Linda, at the Palm Desert facility, and were given excellent service in a very professional manner... she was just great. We were given a tour of the facility, which was very impressive, and a very clear and informative description of how the process worked and all the associated costs.

It was a great experience that left us with a good feeling that our possessions are safe and in a very clean facility that offers us easy access when we want it.

RIP OFF!
I started my rental 4/2/23 with a (supposed to be) online special 10x25 for $160/month. May 23 the rent increased to $180! Then 3 months later in increased to $246. A few months later it increased to $294! Today marks one year I've been renting! Within one year my rent has increased $134 which is absolutely ridiculous! I called and spoke with someone in the escalation dept. She tells me they can increase the rent 6months-a year anytime with no cap on how much! Offered to reduce my rent back to $246/month for 3 months then it will go back to $294 and continue to increase as much as they want it to! You guys are r***** people! Your CUSTOMERS are the people that is keeping your business open! Regardless if it is a month to month basis, you shouldn't take advantage of this! I'm about to move my things and would not recommend anyone using storage facilities such as this one if you don't have to. Some people don't have a choice and these people feed off of that! It's outrages and I will be speaking with my friends at the city commissioner's office and some others to find out what we can do about these ludicrous contracts and these online promotional SCAMS!

I had a very good experience. Rosanna Verlune, as busy as she was, was very kind, helpful and courteous. Because of her I will recommend my friends and associates to do business with your company. You need more people like her working for your company. Thanks again.

Sherlanda with Public Storage in Southaven, MS was extremely helpful in setting up the rental of a unit for my 83-year-old mother (2 broken legs/giving up apartment to move in with me). She was wonderful and flexible since she dealt with me and my sister and worked me into her schedule on a Saturday so I did not have to miss additional work. Very knowledgeable about the property and explained all she could about the rental. Even saved me some money on the first month rental! Then, on move day, when I didn't know how to get back to the unit, she drove her golf cart there as our caravan of two vehicles and the moving truck followed. I sure hope Mom's stuff stays safe and clean (no mold or damage) in this climate controlled space (just in case she gets to live alone again)!

I've never met anyone like Mrs. Bernice Johnson at 390 D. Front St. *******, Mrs. Bernice go over and beyond in assisting her customers with a great big smile and a greet as I enter the building, she stops and check on us while we are getting our things out of the storage or put in the storage, Mrs. Bernice keeps the storage unit very, very clean, and smelling fresh, she also keeps the outside of the Mrs. Bernice is a very mulri-task woman, she held out 5 or 6 people
