My experience so far has been good in general. Though there is one improvement that would help the overall experience is updating backgrounds than in a more timely fashion. I only say this because I have been a member since last year and I use this routinely for safety reasons—- and new arrests/charges that had been added around the end of April 2021 that had taken place back in November 2020.
