Can't find correct info

Can't find correct info. In many reports. Such as known arrests and bankruptcies. Many people didn't come up at all. Tried to find sex offenders living near children in my family. Unable to tell how close or far they were so info. Was useless to me.

The criminal records aren't up to date in wi. I've looked up many people and there should be more up to date records that are criminal and warrants and jail. If these people's charges are on ccap in wi they are public

They're overall layout is easy to understand and easy to navigate. Also it's more detailed than other sites that generally offer background checks allowing me to go further adept into somebody's criminal History to better understand the Dynamics at play.

If you are not seeing information on our site, then that means that the data you are looking for is not publicly available. So, even if you are positive that something occurred, it’s not guaranteed that the information has been digitally archived correctly by the court system or governing agency so it’s possible that your data is not yet available. For some people this is a good thing because negative information might be difficult or impossible to find.

In addition, every county processes their data differently and sometimes there are delays. As a member, you will be emailed with an update when any information on the people that you are monitoring changes. This way you will always be the first to be alerted.

Found the person but no arrests, no records. I know for a fact this person has over 5 or 6 arrests. Other places have found these records. On more than one person. You need to update and get up to date with your records. That's why I am canceling my trial.

At Public Information Services we receive our data from thousands of unique sources, each state retrieves information differently from their counties and various departments. For some records, we know exactly what crimes were committed with an accurate disposition and all related information. For others, we don't know what exact crime was committed and don't have an exact report. In addition, we have found that states have different definitions of what can be digitally archived so it is always best to call your local county court, public defender’s office, or police department if you have a question about the specific classification of a criminal history. We choose to show our members all of the data that we are given even if some of it is incomplete so that our members have more information rather than less.

We recommend everyone does a check on themselves and their loved ones so that you know what information is publicly available, you could be surprised and some of the information might not be correct.
