I know for fact that 2 of these people I looked up had convictions but there was no record. Same thing with other things in the reports, no criminal history, evictions etc

Its subpar at best. I know with absolute certainty that it is inaccurate and no where near inclusive of items that are found with quick search on Google. And If I have to search for those things manually what is the point of having your failure of a service. It also begs to question how you intend to reconcile the fact that People are paying for a service in which you have dropped the ball in every way imaginable. You are lacking records, reports, details, and other information that you advertise yet lack. This system of yours is disgusting, it is theft and false advertising. I would gladly promote any of your competitors due to your high success rate of being the greatest failure in reporting. It has been a waste of the money I invested in your company. It has been a waste of time And money I lost while trying to use your pathetic, lackluster, disgusting terrible, disasterous monumentally flawed system. Time which I will never get back. Time in which I was ripped of in me trying this failed fake service you cheat people with. It is the worst service in the market. It is trash and I would offer zero or negative stars if possible.
