Great service! Found out my boyfriend was married :)
Divorce information missing which is what I was looking for so not pleased at this point
Not in-depth enough with information. Doesn't go into great detail on Criminal cases
Information is accurate. Some info isn't but still great service.
When updates happen, do not know where they occurred in the record.
Incomplete information. I was checking my own history. You need better info
Everything I already knew is there with no new input.
The person I looked up was arrested and your website says otherwise.
I get relevant info on people associated with my queried person
Your Asset, County Property Records and/related Court filings are very incomplete - why list categories that never have anything in them?
Wish you had a more detailed report for social media
Some info outdated, but better than any other site by far.
My blood siblings are not showing as relatives at all
Answer: Not free. And anyone that has a criminal, or any civil court history the info is free to public access. Just search the name in all caps for whatever state

Dear Derrick,
At Public Data Check we receive our data from thousands of unique sources, each state retrieves information differently from their counties and various departments. For some records, we know exactly what crimes were committed with an accurate disposition and all related information. For others, we don't know what exact crime was committed and don't have an exact report. In addition, we have found that states have different definitions of what can be digitally archived so it is always best to call your local county court, public defender’s office, or police department if you have a question about the specific classification of a criminal history. We choose to show our members all of the data that we are given even if some of it is incomplete so that our members have more information rather than less.
One of the key features of our membership is your ability to run unlimited background searches and create reports on as many people as you like. We recommend everyone does a check on themselves and their loved ones so that you know what information is publicly available, you could be surprised and some of the information might not be correct. In addition, you can have us monitor up to four people at a time so if any of their information changes in our database, you will get an email alert updating you of that change.
If you have any additional questions please reply to this email or contact us at 1-800-950-0953 from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. PST 7 days a week and any of our helpful team members will be happy to assist you further. If for some reason one of our team members is not available, simply leave us a detailed message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We look forward to helping you protect your family with our service and our benefits.
