This service is a joke! I subscribed and ran a background on someone that I already know info on her. The completed report did not register an arrest that is public record. I can Google for free and find local newspaper article about the arrest. Terrible service and you want to get paid for this? I want my money back!
Wow. I feel vindicated and asinine all at once, awe inspiring. I've had family all around me and I've known that much, but this really helps me understand and I'm sorry I didn't spend more time with them sooner. I hope I can find a way to go visit all my distant family somehow. YOLO.
First of, I have been a costumer for much longer than 4 days. They have watched over me for all this time. I wanted to cancel, because my husband had one to cover us both. They did not want to leave me hanging after all these years, so they made me a fantastic deal and I can still feel protected.
I was very impressed when speaking w/ your representative last Friday. He was extremely professional, polite, and his attitude was one to please.
It was nice to have someone so educated to answer all my questions.

I have stuff on my background check that is very inaccurate. I've never had charges and would Ike to know how do I get this fixed? I've never even been to, or heard of the place that it shows I've had charges in.

Yalls system is totally incomplete. You really need to update all your system. Cuz I looked up my ex and there's no arrests oh her check and she just got arrested last month on two warrants. How y'all gonna have people pay for a service that is totally not fair to us as a paying customer
Many of the dates are wrong, there is wrong info throughout my info. Surprised to find 2 other people have my same phone number *******222 which I have had since I lived in Rome GA approximately 2000

Lots of info is either incorrect or the dates are way off. Some of the info that is advertises as available is not. No pics or info on driver's licenses. Site needs to be able to produce at least one correct pic!

Called to cancel my subscription, as I thought paying almost $30 per month for (an important) service I barely use was too much. But the representative offered the option to keep the service for $5 per month so I decided to keep it. And am very happy with that option.
You give them lots of personal information and then at the end they ask for money. And if you read the fine print, if you don't cancel it renews every month for like 29$. Typical scam for free public information...
I know for a fact he was arrested on October 12,2019 in Hahira, ga and spent 13 days in Lowndes county jail before being released on 10k bond on Friday, October 25,2019. However, this site is not showing it which makes me wonder what else is missing. There is also a 1995 battery listed on another site that is not here. I will not use this after my trial ends.
Great! I've got a law firm handling my Civil Defense Lawsuit now! Robeson county is in "deep trouble" with Me and God Almighty! Those charges on my background checks are "trumped-up" bogus lies! That HELLHOLE is going downtown!
I'm finding some information to be of great interest. However, I'm also finding other information to be completely lacking. I've done background searches on relatives that I know have massive criminal records, and they come up squeaky clean. Then I did a background checks on another relative that I thought was squeaky clean, yet he shows a massive criminal record on your site. I don't know what to believe or not believe.
Well everyone in my family i do says no one has a license no arrest when i know for a fact that information is wrong or how I'm under heather lee shouse from madisonville tn so since I haven't been shouse since 03 had two different names and been outta tn since 08 you're updates and info is clearly not true
