I placed an order 7 months ago, and parts of the order were refunded. But the case I ordered was not. I placed several calls now, all I am told is they are waiting for payment because they have no records of old purchases. Stating your records got moved to a new system. So now PSSL is committing theft. I have my bank records, and no one is requesting to see the. This business has lost any positive feedback from me. As well as any future purchases. Funny question but if you cannot pull records, what happens if the IRS wants to pull an audit?

I placed an order online for a microphone as "touring gear" fancy word for used, after 5 day of not a word from them" I emailed them and they said that it was going be shipped ends of Aug! It was mid July where is this coming from Alaska? Oh I I paid additional for priority shipping. Long story short two days later after agreeing to the late shipping, this was a present for someone dear to me, I get an email stating that the mic was faulty and they cancel the order. 1 the never had it, 2 they backtracked on the price they advertised or 3 whoever drop-ships for them failed either way not a happy customer.

I was a very happy PSSL as a repeat customer for years, but this time their costumer service was terrible. I purchased an online special deal on 4/3/17, PSSL charge my PayPal account then canceled my order on 4/4/17. PSSL claim that there was an issue with my PayPal account but on my end PayPal pay them immediately. PSSL Claim now that the item purchased is now out of stock. The agent will not provide me with a replacement item a the already paid price but try only to up-sale. This transaction is way below expectations. For reference my order #A*******.

First off, it took over two weeks of useless back and forth for them to come to the conclusion that my business credit card wasn't going to work for them due to "info not matching." I decide to use my personal credit card, no big deal. I live in Hawaii so what was advertised as FREE shipping turns out to be over $100. I figure, "hey, maybe this means it'll be in next-day or at least expedited?" Hah, wishful thinking. I place my order and the money is quickly taken from my account. My email says the order was successfully shipped as of 6/23. I receive a tracking number but it doesn't seem to work. I bug their customer service a couple times and finally receive two USPS tracking numbers. One that clearly hasn't been physically brought to USPS (I use USPS regularly for my business and I know EXACTLY what i'm looking at when I track an order) and the other tracking number shows no movement aside from being checked in... 4 days after it was supposedly shipped to me. Today is July 1st and I have no updates on tracking and no comforting messages saying that my order is (enter excuse here). At this point, I just want my money back and I will be sure not to do business with these guys again. I can find way better prices elsewhere and for $100 shipping i'd expect to be treated MUCH better. Let this be a warning to everyone who runs into this site...

Tip for consumers:
Since they're located in California, i'd probably advise anyone who DOESN'T live in their immediate area to order from anywhere else.

Do not order from this company under any circumstance. VERY Unprofessional. Beware of ordering from them indirectly, via Amazon, as I did. I ordered a $200 400 watt black light for a show that arrived broken. After weeks of unfulfilled promises to send a replacement part, I asked that they just send a replacement unit. They refused, saying they would send a replacement only if I paid another $200. Had to file a claim with Amazon and order a replacement directly from Amazon, an option not available to me on the original order. I am returning the broken unit and hope that I can get my money back (because at least I ordered via Amazon who stands behind their sales). I missed a show deadline because of their incompetence. PSSL is unscrupulous. Do not deal with them.

This company is the worst, I have been in the pro music industry for over 14years and I have never met a more shady operation that makes up return policies and employs no respect or customer satisfaction tactics. If you need this type of service please go somewhere else. Company has been suspended by UPS for fraud and they will not tell you this.

Have purchased several items from PSSL. No emails with order confirmation, tracking info, etc. You have to go to their site and find the info for your order. This is the only place I have to do that.
Response to PSSL: No, your emails are not going to spam, I get all your promo codes that don't work on the items I want. Also, checked tracking info and 5 days after payment order status is 'ready to be picked up by carrier'. I'm realizing now that low price = aggravation. Not really worth it.

We do find that occasionally they are hindered by information not being correct in our system, or by Spam/Junk settings on the receiving end.
