PSI online is a great tool for me to use in preparation for the tests I will be taking for my future career. The site is very well planned out for me to find what I need and follow the step by step instructions in order to purchase test prep material or schedule an exam.
Everything is easy and pretty intuitive except choices for the courses is a little confusing.
None of this was on my test! This was the worst study guide.

You guys are a garbage excuse of a company who exist only because you have a monopoly for the state of Washington's electrical testing. If literally anyone operated the testing there instead of you I'd pay them instead.

This is the second account I had to setup. When I called your customer service number at 7:30 am EST the VM said your hours were 6:30am - 6pm - so I had to call back.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
