As a Corporate Trainer and Business Consultant I have been able to create tests in less than 20 minutes, which makes it very effective. I have participants enjoy the tests I create with ProProfs that gives me excellent results and happy clients.
We created training programs on ProProfs Training Maker, assign them to our employees and, then assess the level of their knowledge retention by creating training assessments using ProProfs Quiz Maker. Since these assessments are automatically graded and the feedback is displayed instantly, it provides for a ‘self-assessment' opportunity to the one attempting it.
We have started using ProProfs as a training platform for employees. It was easy to chat online with Pal, one of ProProfs customer support contacts. Pal is available almost any time I have a question, and I've got a LOT of questions.
While we are still working out some kinks in the reporting and speed of the site for my employees, it is currently providing everything we need. We've got employee training documents, videos, and quizzes.
We will see if the small issues get worked out, but on the grand scheme of things, I cannot rate these guys less than a 5. We talked with them about the space we would need and the rate we could go with, and they gave us the best deal for our budget. I read on one review that the different platforms get confusing, and you might end up with "Quiz Maker" when you really wanted "Training Maker" (which is what happened to us). Make sure to talk to their "Online Chat" which is always available in the lower right hand corner. They will remedy the situation, or help you get exactly what you need.
I look forward to growing our training program with ProProfs. My expectations are set high!
Billed twice in one month for the same service. Then again six weeks later.
Will be dropping my subscription and using another service is this is not rectified.
Very helpful. Fun. Easy to use. The trial period is long enough to enjoy this quiz thingy. East to follow. I love it when we can customize everything.

I purchased a mock exam, and I never receive the email, decided to chat with someone no luck, calling was worse. Here is how I knew this was scam. Phone number rings and have a recording about a promotion if you are 65+ press 1 if not 2 well if press 2 the call end if I don't same. I'm worry since they have my credit card information address and phone number, and there is no way to contact them to get a refund. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
I had been looking for a software to design and administer quizzes and online training. This has been an excellent experience and the learning curve was not steep. Thank you Pro Profs!

For Salesforce related content there are so many inaccurate questions and answers - to say it's of poor quality is doing a dis service to other content that is genuinely just poor

This website is so great! I use it for all studying and school related things! I love all the pratice tests you an make and all the different things you can do!
Really bad software, let me start:
1.) They have a very complicated pricing. You can see different coupon codes all around the web, but it is very easy to get a code for the wrong plan. So instead of quizzes you buy polls, or surveys or whatever.
2.) You CANNOT EXPORT your data. That's right. There is a feature to import your surveys / quizzes from excel to proprofs. But exporting is not implemented. So they want to make sure you are stuck with their $#*!ty software forever.
3.) If you happen to be a free user (because you bought the wrong paying plan because they are like 5 different plans for all their different products and you didnt buy the right plan) than all your users see A LOT OF ADS. I mean like 3 to 5 big ads on a single screen. And usually ADS FROM YOUR COMPETITORS. So the users / customers of your product are targeted by your competitors on a survey / poll / quiz you created.
4.) Probably I am very stupid (I am just a Software Developer) but I had a lot of problems navigating the software. I nevery knew how to get to my quizzes, to my settings, to my account, etc. In the end I saved 5 different links and navigated by the links I saved myself.
5.) I had a lot of formatting problems in designing my survey. Apparently you can customize the frontend of your survey. It is kinda a you-see-is-what-you-get editor. But in my case there were apparently some formatting saved from one of my previous versions, which i could not remove. So every text on the landing page on my quiz was in bold.
Please do me and human kind a big favor and don't use Proprofs...
