I myself am using live chat software from live2support for last 6 years on my real estate website. The comprehensive visitor information has helped us to decide upon chat status from being proactive to reactive based on criteria of time spent, bouncing rate page specific chat etc Moreover you have also not mentioned about the reporting system. Found a quiz for 6th grade Water Science. Of 18 questions, one answer was outright incorrect, three were vague with multiple possible answers (not addressed), and two were not relevant to the subject. Further, the software failed to give a score; instead attempting (and failing) to show a 19th question.
Checking other grade school subject quizzes found similar levels of inaccuracy, poor construction, or questionable questions. The work by the site's owners appears satisfactory, but the quizzes construction by users significantly reduce its trustworthiness. Such quizzes are not recommended for general use.
I would like to point one thing here that the use of chat is not only to get the better on line sale it is also used to provide supports to the existing clients. Besides that live chats softwares can be integrated with third party software that provides more functionality to both of the services. Popup are reactive in nature where as live chats can be proactive also and at last there is always a human brain sitting behind the live chat to do the brain mapping of the visitor which is not possible in case of popup which have a uniform approach to the customer.

Spent hours putting up my quiz during the trial period. Three days in had some problems with the software not doing what I set it to do and contacted Proprofs. Two weeks later after repeated emails they had still not even attempted to deal with the issues PLUS they put my quiz up on public access because I hadn't bought a subscription yet. Disgraceful and shoddy.

I love the Flash Card maker! It is a very quick and easy way to make professional vocabulary flashcards! I have used multiple devices and different computers. Every time it will never let me finish exam and makes me start from the beginning of exam. Extremely annoying. I can only get half way through exam.
I have been using ProProfs Quiz software for over 2 years now, for giving my students extra grammar, vocabulary or other practice. I find it easy to copy and paste quizzes and tests for different levels, amend existing tests to update them. What I reaaly like is that once the test/quiz is created, it is there forever. My students are more prepared to do extra work at home. They like the instant feedback.
Live2Support live chat product is amazing. There’s no match to this service in this planet. Its not the product the customer service is also awesome. I have always had marvelous service from Live2Support. These are extremely helpful people and nothing is too much for them. My experience says that they can go out of their way to help customers and always solve their problems. I myself am there customer for six years. I can't recommend them enough and I don’t know what I will do without this service for my live chat service.
I was looking to take a fun quiz about New Orleans. I got a few questions in and three of the four questions had wrongs answers recorded. For example, it said New Orleans is in California. I'm not kidding! When I tried to comment on the inaccuracies the site went to a 404 error. What is going on over there?!?
Hoi I'm tEm. I loved this website! So many quizzes! Lol fam. It keeps telling me to add more characters so I'm gonna keep typing until this thing accepts. It was really cool to see what their "brain games" were tho. It was also really fun in general to be a part of another website where my username was "CharaDreemurr"!
A lot of things are missing. I hope those will be implemented in near future.
1. One subject can be assigned to multiple groups from a window.
2. One attempt should be checked by student's ID not by name. There can have two students with same first name and last name in a same group.

I love how user-friendly this tool is. The interface is so simple and the features are also amazing. I can now very easily create tests and assign them to students in groups that I created in the online classroom. The reports are auto-generated and the questions are automatically graded which is the best part about ProProfs Quiz Maker.
I created a few quizzes during a trial and I tried to cancel but I could couldn't figure out how to do it (lol) so I left. Hundreds of emails got sent to me trying to convince me to buy the package but I never responded because I didn't want it. 1 month later I get a phonecall I forgot about them so when they called me I said "who's this?" After asking them that a few times they hung up... XD
Recently I contacted ProProfs via their Online Chat on two separate occasions within a 48-hour period. I was using their Quiz Maker and Training products for the first time. Realize my office has been using ProProfs for 2 ½ years for our online presentation/quiz for approximately 300 students. The student who setup the presentation/quiz in ProProfs graduated in May. So I'm facing a deadline and am desperate. By luck I ended up chatting with Pal both times. I'm just not very computer savvy, and Pal was patient and explained the process of how to make my various updates. He even did a few things on his end that I just couldn't wrap my head around on how to do it. Students are now accessing the presentation and no one has contacted me with any issues. Which makes me extremely happy. And I couldn't have done it without Pal's help.
The new feature Snapshot Live Screen Viewing of Visitors PC is really cool…a good feature that they add up to the existing one's. Its affordable yet it offers a good and quality services. Its client support is superb.
