Said report was a $1 and then charged my card $19. They have promised a refund. I hope I receive it.

Compared to other reports this is very detailed, and a great tool when trying to decide if you want to invest in a certain area.
Doesnt correct anything on zillow site still gives incorrect info 15 years old. How ever puts info togeather needs to get it up to 2013 not 1995

I received information on a foreclosure condo that had little information.
Looking at this record helped me make a decision about the property.
You will be charged $18.95, not $1. And I can't access all the information it stated, especially title information when I click on it.
Was looking for a decent place to live... think I found it! My children will be happy to have a close walk to school.
Online friendly! Just type in your property address and the rest was just waiting to update our information needed. Thank you for the information!
This looks like it easy and reasonable. Having to fill out this review prior to reviewing title and property records is a little unusual.
