My daughter ordered a dress that didn't fit. We asked many times for the return info. After nearly 3 weeks they finally gave it to us, after suggesting we keep the dress and buy a new one?! We mailed it back and it has been sitting in customs for three weeks. No refund. They have no incentive to get it out of customs and thus won't give us our money back despite their policy saying they would. Horrible company. Never buy from them!

Horrible company and customer service. Do not order from this company! I've been trying to get a refund and now the email listed on the website is no longer accepting emails. Please see the photo's attached to this review, save your money and shop with a legit company! Buyer Beware, Complete Scammers!

The size described does not match the product, I bought 3 dresses none of them fit, they wanted to refund me only 20% of the product, I sent the product back to them because it did not fit, their measurements do not match. The product is stuck in customs, I lost my money and they didn't refund me. Apart from the online service which is terrible

Do not buy from this site I bought two dresses and they look nothing like the pic on the site. They will give you a Hard time for the refund! Do not buy from here the dresses look like they are from the dollar store no I'm not exaggerating.

Items were nothing like pictured, they will only offer a 10% compensation when attempting to request full refund. This is a BIG SCAM!

Imaging waiting for a beautiful dress to come, type end up with TRASH and the company is telling you wear the TRASH we will give to $10 back.

Please don't buy from Promstyle the dresses are trash and cheap. And it's hell trying to get a refund. I'm so livid with this company then they want you to mail it back to China. A total RIP OFF. BEWARE the left pic is what I wanted the mess in my hand is what I got

The dress we received was HORRIBLE! They also run rosedressed. They wouldn't refund me the whole amount and only suggested 30% of my money back. On top of that, if I wanted a full refund, I would need to send the dress back which would cost $100 to return. I am really pissed about this because it's like I just gave them my money like I have a money well or something to pull from

I received a dress that looked nothing like the picture. It didn't fit and they try to make you keep it. I paid $28.80 to return it and they refused it. I got it back in the mail and no refund. The phone number doesnt work and the email is full.

The promsstyle site offers beautiful formal wear dress pictures, but the actual dress looks nothing like what I ordered. The 5-star rating on the site for the dress I ordered is also fake. The dress looks like a rag of a dress that someone threw out after a Halloween party. I am not sure how this company remains in business.

I order my daughter prom dress in april, (with expedited shipping) her prom was May 14th last day of school June 3.I reached out to cancel my order they told me it was delayed due to a glitch in the system, ( which you think someone would've emailed you like most companies do) so i told them go ahead and cancel my order and refund my dress since she no longer needed it. Being that it wasn't shipped it shouldn't have been a problem ( one would think). I continued to request a refund which i still haven't received. I got an email saying that my order was shipped out it June. So i reached out again to advise them that they ship out an order that i not only requested to cancel but also a refund, they told me to ship the dress back ( at my expense) and they can only offer a 20% refund (are you kidding me) 20% refund on a $250 dress. This company is full of $#*! and should be sued n closed down

I ordered a jumpsuit for my birthday, and they sent me a cheap piece of $#*!. No return info or nothing. They steals other companies looks just to scam. DO NOT BUY

This site is horrible. I ordered a $170 dress. Didnt arrive on time and when it did it was not the same as the picture and it was a Large. I was emailing with customer service before the dress arrives and they said if it was damaged or the wrong size they would refund. When reached out because it was the wrong size, they offered a 10% refund. Now they wont answer my emails and wont proceso my refund. Im stuck with this discgusting dress. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

After reading all these bad reviews, i wish that i read them before i paid $157.00 for a dress that might not even look like the picture when it gets here. I ordered 5 days ago and you would think that they would at least let me know when the dress will be shipped. Big mistake on my part, i should know better. I may have to cut my losses and chalk it up to experience. Had to click one star just to write this but it really is -double zero!

This service is degrading! The dresses are not what they look like online. They argue with you to get your money back. I ordered a dress for my birthday paid for expedite shipping and I didn't get my dress on time and they send a totally different dress than what I ordered. Now they're trying to force me to keep the dress and offer 10% mind you the dress was $200 please do not order from here! It's a scam!

All I can say is that I did not get what I ordered. I attached pictures below and as you can see, that is clearly NOT the dress pictured on the website. The dress I received looked like a cheap Halloween costume made by someone without skills. I tried to return the dress and was offered a 10% refund. WTH! The cost to ship the dang thing back would cost me more than what I paid for it. I am so pissed. I want everyone to know that I hate this company. Do not believe the pictures on the site. You are not going to receive anything close to what's advertised. And they give 2 F's. They will take your money and laugh when you want it back.

This is a scam! Do not give these people your business. Not only was my order missing a dress but the other dresses were NOT what was described on the website. This has been a nightmare and they are taking advantage of people. Please do yourself a favor and find some other vendor to order from. I will be proceeding legally.

I ordered my daughters prom dress and never received a shipping notice email after 10 business days passed. My daughters friend got her dress and it looked like a Halloween costume. Their customer service is horrible. All you get is an email through complaints that the dress shipping time has changed. The website says no shipping cost over $99 orders. They even taxed me an additional $5 charge for international shipping. (Separate charge). Thank goodness my bank was not going for their scam. I drove 5 hours for a 2nd dress last minute. DO NOT buy from this site. You will get ripped off!

I ordered my dress for my birthday they dress never came they don't have a contact number the one on there site is not a working number they don't answer emails or anything I woNt my $150 back this is ridiculous an makes no since they need to be arrested an put under the jail BIG SCAMMERS

I have purchased many many items online, and have never received an item that I was this dissatisfied with. The quality of the fabric on the dress I purchased was CHEAP to say the least. The skirt was to short the shoulders were too big and the feathers began falling off as soon as I removed it from the bag. I immediately returned the item to the bag and tried to get a refund and was given the run around. I had to email, send pictures and wait only to be told that they don't guarantee the items look the same in person. I could get a 10% refund. I paid $85 for a dress that I would never wear. Don't waste your time or money on anything they have. If I could give not starts, I would.
