I ordered a dress from them and I did not get what was shown online. The dress was very poor quality. I tried to get my money back and they only gave me 30% and told me to keep the dress. Their return policy is not what they indicate online. Please do not order from them. I had to post a review because I do not want what I experienced to happen to others. I ultimately could not wear the dress and it went in the trash. I could not even give it away. I posted some pictures. 2 pics are what I received and the other 2 are pictures they posted online. Poor customer service and quality.

You will not get what is pictured and then they give you the run around about a refund until the time expires for a refund. The dresses arrived sooner than expected however the items were not as pictured. One dress clearly looks like sequins on their site, described as sequins on their site arrived as a shiny material that kinda ISNT sequins. The email you responses two days apart. Customer Service is just as bad as the replication of the dress they sent.

Not only was the dresses I ordered partially damaged but looks absolutely nothing like the image I seen and I've tried emails numerous of time ma for emails not to be received.

The dress I purchased is titled "single padded shoulder glittering sequins skinny mopping hem evening dress." Upon receiving my item, I immediately noticed that the dress I received does not resemble the dress pictured online. Specifically, the dress I received does not have a shoulder pad at all, the design along the right wrist of my dress is completely different compared to the wrist design of the dress pictured online, and lastly the dress I received does not have a plunging shape along the abdomen and is designed differently across the midsection of the dress.

As a first time customer, I am beyond disappointed in the design of the dress I received because it does not look as the dress pictured online. I am unsatisfied and made several attempts to contact customer service. The email listed on the site as the contact is invalid. Finally I found another email, *******@rosedressed.com, to contact & request a full refund for this disappointing dress that I received. Ultimately I was told I would only be refunded 10% of the dress price.

These people are not right. The dress came and looks like it was made by a beginner in a sewing class. One of the little shiny things were stuck in the zipper and the dress wouldn't even unzip. The picture looks li KK e it's glass or something shiny the dress is made out of and they made a dress out of tiny shiny circles. HORRIBLEEEEEEEEE. Don't waste your time

I made a purchase on promstyle in December 2022 (a dress) and hopes it to wear it on my birthday 01/17. When I received the dress it was not as pictured on this website and I was highly displeased I contacted the email for any inquiries that was displayed on their website about my compliant and how we could resolve this issue. They explained to me I could keep the dress and they would give me partial refund OR I could return the dress for a full refund within the 30 day time period. I agreed to return the dress so I could receive a full refund because there was no way I could get any use out of the dress. So I went through the process of returning the dress on 01/13/2023. I communicated with them that I returned the dress and I was expecting a full refund. After I sent this email out, I waited weeks and weeks to receive an update. They told me that can't control how soon they receive the dress which I completely understand but then they completely stopped responding to my emails after I explained how I've waited 7 MONTHS to get my refund. Now in July, I received a package in the mail with the same dress I returned to them! I never wanted the dress back I wanted a refund that I never received.

SCAM - False advertising don't spend your money until you read the reviews! LOOK AT THE PICTURES - EVIDENCE!

This is definitely a scam I ordered a dress on the 19th of January it says order will be shipped it 24hrs plus I paid for expedited shopping which they say 1 to 3 days I will receive and today is the 7th I miss ma fren party and still no.dress I need 100% of my money back and i will ne contacting my bank.these people are scammers do not order from them I wish I had read the reviews earlier.zero ratings not even a 1

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY…it's a scam first of all I paid for expedited shipping because I needed the dress for my birthday. I ordered the dress a month before my birthday I ended up having to buy another dress from another site and I'm SO HAPPY I DID and it was shipped in time and it looked AMAZING…with this company I paid for expedited shipping the dress didn't get there until almost 2 months later…AND THEN when I finally got the dress it looked NOTHING like the picture.I contacted the company stating I wanted my money back then they kept telling me once it's processed I can't get a refund now I'm out of almost $250 for a dress I am NEVER gonna wear…I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN and I have been telling everyone I know not to order from here…I wish I could give this company a Negative 5 the only reason why I gave them one star is because I had to in order to move on…PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I tried to order my daughter a graduation dress I ordered in may my daughter graduation was last Tuesday and I still haven't received the dress and I'm having a hard time just trying to get my money back they can locate the dress and asking for more time but there is no use for it I been asking for weeks to cancel nd send my money back will never order from them

The dresses I ordered don't look like anything I ordered and then having to go back & forth in emails PLEASE don't order for this site it's a scam ‼

Do not buy from this Scam Artist sham of a company. Lies Lies & when you finally dispute charge you are shipped something cheap with glitter rubbing off smooshed in a white bag from China. The item is something that looks nothing like the lovely dress ordered. The USA shipping label is put on the packaging in California. They then use proof of delivery to say you received item as agreed - granted months later & you are recharged by your credit card dispute department. The company has a sham website and nothing is located here in the USA. They use a mail service to put a no return label that says USA. They shuffle around emails, company names & use fake names to cover their tracks. Do not buy from them. Your event will be ruined if you think you will have a delivery in time & what does arrive is not what is expected. The gloves look like cheap fabric and fit worse than dish washing gloves. Nothing is anything like the photos shown. Plus, your card recharged with months of disputes that you lose to reopen dispute. The government should find out what or who we are actually funding with thousands of prom dress orders- or at least have the scam websites removed to protect consumers. I have letters & correspondence— still pending disputes & fighting hundreds in charges, so no photos until this is closed. My card number had to be reset & what a mess with that too … all autopay charges were declined until updated. All because I did not heed the warnings about this scam. Anything good posted is fake reviews.

Scam scam scam. My dress looked nothing like the photo. They blamed it on shipping. They only offered to give me 10% compensation. Do not purchase from here.

Do not shop at this place the merchandise is nothing like they say and when you contact them they tell you to keep the clothing and they want to refund 10% total nonsense

I bought a $70 dress and it looked beautiful on the website but when received the worst quality. Asked for refund but they would not refund. Dress looked like it was purchased at a $1 store, will NEVER buy from them again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered what I thought was a beautiful going. It's horrible. Took over 4 weeks to get to me. I can not return there is no number to call and they are also rude vía email.

If I could I would give the NO STARS this is a fraud/scam site. They give you the run around and will not refund your money when get your dress and it is a bootleg version of what is in the picture! WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!

I seen this beautiful dress that I wanted for a Gasby Themed Party so I ordered it. This dress looked nothing like the picture and I am so pissed that I paid 100.00 for trash. Below is the picture listed on the site and what it actually looks like when you get it! SAVE YOUR MONEY this place is a rip off and the clothes are cheap and deceptive... THIS IS MONEY WASTED RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!
