This company sends counterfeit material and offers no returns/refunds. The dresses they advertise are nothing like the real thing. The material is extremely cheap and though they claim to be "made to order" to fit your specific body type, they are absolutely not. When trying to make a turn (which has been an ongoing 7 day ordeal) they continue to tell me to just keep the dresses no matter how many times I state I do not want them. Do not let this company steal your money.
I bought two dresses for twin seniors. We paid for extra shipping. They arrived the day of their prom, when they were expected two weeks earlier. They were cheaply made, not the right color or fabric, and they STUNK. We had to run out and buy different dresses at the last minute. They were heartbroken. Company is trying to make me keep them and take a 10% refund. This was a very, very expensive mistake. Don't make the same one!
This website is a fraudulent company in so many ways. Not only did I purchase a dress for a sweet 16, it came almost a month later than expected. At this point, I could no longer even wear it for the event. Tried to return it (in perfect condition and never worn), the lady via email was demanding I just keep the dress since I wouldn't receive money on it and and wouldn't give me a direct answer regarding a refund. She was not professional and avoided my questions. She didn't even supply me with a return label with the correct address which is needed for the return. Basically, this website isn't a scam and if there isn't a phone number to contact just don't even bother. Never again!
It's not there fault that the shipping company shipped to the wrong address but by the time I got my dress, my prom was over. They will not accept the return even though they knew what happened and can file a claim with the shipping company
I attempted to return my daughter's dress to them because it came with armpit stains. They wouldn't respond to my emails. I even filed a claim through Paypal. Flora responded a month later and told me that I didn't contact within three days of receiving so I cannot return. A complete lie! I even have evidence of my attempts, This place is a scam.
N fact, I don't know why this website has bad reviews, because the dress I bought is really good.It's the right size, and the real thing isn't that different from the pictures on the website, and it's not that expensive after all. That's all I can tell you.
I think this company has many other websites set up to scam people with different names. Don't order from any company that you can not call the other company that I got scammed was Hebeos Ordered a dress 1 week ago will get a random email from someone say their name is Anne

Cheap material and sizing is off. O ordered a dress that looks like a 5 year old made it. Material is cheap fabric and they won'twt me return the dress or refund my money/ SCAM
This company is a scam! Does not accept returns! Products are made cheaply! Can only be contacted by email & Will not respond!
