One star because that was the only option. They have denied a return. The dress looks awful- beware!

Tip for consumers:
Get your dress somewhere else, and save yourself a major headache. The expedited shipping took almost 3 weeks.

Products used:
prom dress; not used and they will not refund. Dress never worn- refund process started same day we received the dress. They will not issue a refund.
