I grew up with my family only buying Proform fitness products (I believe Sears sold them pretty exclusively then), so I was hoping the quality of my elliptical would match my expectations. No worries, because Proform still makes quality products. This was pretty easy to put together-about an hour and a half and my husband and I are not tech savvy- and it feels sturdy. The movement is quiet and smooth. The size is pretty compact so it fits right in to a smaller space. The equipment comes with a free trial of iFit. If you've not tried it, definitely do the trial, if for a y reasonbut to see some beautifulplacesin the world. I'm really enjoying both the physical and global experience from the safety of my home. I received this item at a discounted rate for my honest opinion.

The spin bike I received was great quality and super simple to put together. I would say it is easier with two people to help lift and lock in place the seat and handle pieces. It took my husband and I less than an hour to build. I was sent this item in exchange for my unbiased opinion after having some time to experience it with a few work outs. I loved being able to finally work out from home. The petals definitely need some shoes although looks like you can replace them if preferred. Overall great quality item and made for a great workout.

I absolutely love my ProForm bike. I received a discount for my honest review which I am leaving now that I've used it for awhile. Putting this bike together was a breeze. Took one person less than an hour. All tools were included and parts clearly identified. The ride is smooth, sturdy, and it's easy to increase resistance while riding. I originally thought I wanted to replace the pedals to the ones that are for clip in shoes but the toe cages are actually perfect for the workouts I am doing. I had to call customer service when the bike arrived because the package was a bit damaged by the shipping company when it arrived. They were incredibly helpful and walked me through the steps if there was any damage. Much to my surprise it's packed so we'll that not a single piece was dented. I enjoyed the 30 Day free iFit trial and immediately purchased an annual membership. There are literally hundreds of classes destination rides to pick from.

I set up my elliptical on my owl within an hour and a half. I had a small issue with the machine not sending data to my phone, so I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and fixed the problem with just one communication. They were very polite and courteous and I was very pleased with the outcome. The machine works great now and I am enjoying my usage! I have the proform treadmill which I absolutely love and think was the decision I have made. I got this because I have not been going to the gym due to covid precautions and needed something to use at home. However, I live in a one bedroom apartment and have very limited space. The treadmill is compact and folds up to allow for me to utilize when needed but also, not have to take up too much space! I contacted customer service during set up because I could not figure out how to set it up manually, I was barely on hold before I was connected to an agent and they guided me very quickly and I was off the phone within 10 minutes from start to finish. Was very impressed with the customer service I experienced!

My bike arrived quickly. It was simple to put together. I enjoy using it with the iFit software. However, even without it it has a place to put a tablet so you could even spend time watching your favorite streaming service to pass the time. I was able to put it together myself in 20ish minutes. I love this bike! Great quality plus the customer service at ProForm is wonderful! I am trying to get back into shape since I've been cooped up for so long! Easy to assemble and easy to use! The box was damaged but it was packed well with lots of styrofoam. I love the way my tablet communicates with the fitness classes! I received a Pro-Form spin bike and have really enjoyed mixing up my work outs. I generally run on treadmill but was looking for something to help break up the same work outs day in and day out. Received it and me and my 9 year old were able to put it together in about 1 hour time. Pretty straight forward instructions. I did purchase a different seat as I've got a bigger booty;-). I've been following the tv ads for Pro-Form for a long time but never invested in one until now. We have a small home and with kids it feels even smaller. I never though we could fit workout equipment in our home until I found this compact unit. The treadmill has everything you'd expect from a company like Pro-Form - great customer service and solid equipment with ease of use. Product arrived nicely packaged with plenty of protection and in perfect shape. Instructions for assembly were easy to follow with minimal parts to be put together. I've had a blast with my ProForm bike. As soon as it arrived, we had it assembled in about 20 minutes. The individual pieces are all of sturdy construction, so the bike as a whole isn't flimsy or cheap feeling. Even while riding at high speeds, it stays put and doesn't wobble or creek. All the necessary tools for installation were included, so it was very convenient. It's such a game changer being able to work out in my own home! I look forward to riding my bike every time. Comfortable seat and great program for a motivating workout. The machine was easy to assemble since I had my husband do it. The box was a little beat up but the bike itself was package so well that nothing was bent or messed up. Great workout and very stable.

Proform's equipment is excellent. Although heavy (which was expected), the equipment was easy to set up. After setup, it took a few minutes to get used to the buttons and settings but once I was familiar with it, I was ready to go. I've had my treadmill for about 2 weeks and I love it. It's super compact and my running on it does not bother my neighbor downstairs who is home all the time since Covid, which means I can run late at night or early in the morning without worries.

I purchased a pro form folding treadmill because I wanted to continue my fitness routine but wanted to stay out of the gym during Covid. This is a sturdy and well made treadmill that's perfect for those just starting an at home fitness program as well as those that have been working out at home and are looking to upgrade their equipment. I personally was looking for a treadmill that a beginner could use and was space saving. This treadmill fit the bill. It was simple to set up and I can fold it up once I've completed my workout. It has all the normal display functions that a treadmill should have as well as a shelf for a tablet or phone. This treadmill comes with a free 30 day trial for IFit which works in conjunction with the treadmill to alter the workout. I found this to be extremely motivating for me because I was able to choose from various trainers and workouts to keep me interested. I'm very happy with this product and have no plans on returning to an overcrowded gym anytime in the near future.

The bike was packaged so well in the box – the shipping company destroyed the box and I for sure thought it would be damaged, but it wasn't. I was highly impressed right then.
