Why did I wait so long to get a bike it is great and I don't have to drive to the gym and share a bike or have to wipe off someone else's sweat off of it best decision ever

My new ProForm bike is everything I wanted in an at home exercise bike and with the iFIT bluetooth compatibility, to connect to my phone, it is like having a private trainer. It has been a wonderful way to get some exercise in as our weather changes to cold & rainy in the Pacific NW and I am more likely to stay indoors, especially with my 4 kids. This ProForm bike is such a smooth ride and feels very sturdy, even when pedaling ‘out of the saddle' using my full body weight. It has a magnetic resistant wheel with 16 different levels of resistance that can be manually set or can be controlled by the iFIT program during a workout.
It has been a delight to ride this ProForm indoor bike that is such great quality! It is simple to assemble, amazingly quiet and so far very easy to ride. The iFIT program with it, is very helpful in encouraging me to work hard while taking a class and seems to help the time go by faster. It is also very helpful when the instructor gives a lesson on how the bike should be adjusted based on my body height in part of their interaction with you. I received a discounted product in exchange for my honest opinion.

It is so easy to use and all my family loves it. From my 65 year old mother to my 17 year old daughter. We all love it. It's really well built and it so easy to adjust.

Incredible bike with very awesome features and capabilities. Comes equipped with the iFit technology which is very beneficial because you aren't just sitting and staring at the wall. You are actually being engaged by a virtual instructor who takes you on tour of another part of the world. (You will need a device that can download the iFit application.) Putting the bike together out of the box was seemingly easier than I expected. Setting the bike up to my personal preferences was simple enough as well. There is even a safety feature to stop the bike in an instant if needed. The pedals will definitely hold your feet in place. The seat takes some getting used to. The handle bars are ergonomic and I think there are three ways to hold them. There is a water bottle holder as well as light dumbells easy to reach under the bike seat. So elevating your workout to more than just legs is the best part. Overall this bike is nothing short of sensational. I did receive this bike at a discounted rate in exchange for candid feedback.

I purchased a pro form folding treadmill because I wanted to continue my fitness routine but wanted to stay out of the gym during Covid. This is a sturdy and well made treadmill that's perfect for those just starting an at home fitness program as well as those that have been working out at home and are looking to upgrade their equipment. I personally was looking for a treadmill that a beginner could use and was space saving. This treadmill fit the bill. It was simple to set up and I can fold it up once I've completed my workout. It has all the normal display functions that a treadmill should have as well as a shelf for a tablet or phone. This treadmill comes with a free 30 day trial for IFit which works in conjunction with the treadmill to alter the workout. I found this to be extremely motivating for me because I was able to choose from various trainers and workouts to keep me interested. I'm very happy with this product and have no plans on returning to an overcrowded gym anytime in the near future.

Don't buy
July 27, 2021

Received pro form treadmill. No wheels came figured I'd just let them know. No owners manual again, I'll let them know. However, went to set it up with Wi-Fi wouldn't except my Wi-Fi wouldn't except my password took over 30 minutes for it to finally kick in. So then it moved over to looking for updates. Three hours later still looking for updates. Tried to work on it bypassing Wi-Fi, and it would only provide me with a cool down mode of two minutes and 47 seconds. Call customer service told him that I would really like to just return the product was not happy with the fact that nothing worked. Over an hour and a half later after proving to them via video and pictures that I wasn't lying about the condition, I finally was able to get a confirmation that they would refund my money but get this, the treadmill came without wheels they want me to move the damn treadmill out to the street or the garage. I will completely disassemble this piece of $#*! into 100 separate pieces and they can come pick it up. I will never do business with customer service that can't resolve any problem to a customer satisfaction. Oh and by the way white glove delivery room of choice sweaty fat men stinking up my house knocking things over in the process treadmill was shaky as hell.

Pro-Form are Liars

I bought an elliptical from Pro-Form and spent $869. The sales agent asked me if I wanted the "white glove treatment" and spend 200 to have them put it together. I allow them to put it together for $200. After the assembler was done, I tried to get on the elliptical and the petals would not move. He said you had to go to the iFit app and download it to unlock. I did that and of course, that was a lie, I looked at the assembly book and the white glove people put the bars and the rollers on upside down. I called them back up and they came back out the next day to correct it. The way they were pulling and yanking on the bars without unscrewing everything and disassembling everything properly I knew items were going to be bent, as I tried it when they were done, the main wheel was rubbing, and the bars were very wobbly and out of sync. I call Pro-Form back to have somebody else come out to fix it they would not do it. They made me troubleshoot it over the phone which I did and those people said, yes I deserve a new machine. I got back to the sales reps and I asked them for a replacement and I would but it together myself, Pro-Form denied me, I asked for my money back and out of the $1069.00 The only refunded me 500. I said what about the 60 day money-back guarantee. Nope Liars!. I got screwed out of $569.00 and never used it one time. Of course by the few photos you can't actually feel the way the bike was wobbling and rubbing also that bar that has left on it was on the right hand side and vice versa. Do you think the assemblers should of know that? So basically I paid $200 to get screwed out of $569.
10 years ago, I paid for a bow flex and put it together myself, and it lasted 10 years.
If you're thinking about buying a pro-form product, I would highly suggest you reconsider.

I'm an old guy and my kids got me a Pro-form rowing machine for Christmas today. We get it set up and find multiple large red tags advising we MUST purchase a $15 a month I-Fit monthly membership just to UNLOCK the machine and use even the most basic MANUAL functions. I mean, I just want to row for God's sake. Not an option.
So, I roll over like a good boy, give then a credit card # and sign up for the monthly membership (fully intending immediate cancellation once I can turn on the machine). Well, it's still locked... just keeps scrolling HELLO>>>HELLO>>>... none of the settings are functional. I will call customer service tomorrow, (it's Christmas today).
To me, this goes far beyond deceptive, this is clearly an illegal business practice. Can one purchase a product and then be forced to purchase an online membership JUST TO TURN IT ON?
Either way, thanks Pro-Form for taking what should have been a bit of Christmas fun and just ruining it through your deceiptful, conniving, business practices.

Piss Poor Service

I contacted Ifit/Proform on November 18,2022 in regards to my treadmill turning on, but not working. They said the treadmill was out of warranty and they would have to send a technician out to diagnose the treadmill. Once the treadmill was diagnosed they would send a technician out to replace the defective part. I explained if the cost would be too much I would just purchase a new treadmill. I paid for the diagnosis and the Ifit/Proform stated the computer board needed to be replaced. I asked the Ifit/Proform rep if it was another part what other cost would I incur. The Ifit/Proform stated I would only have to pay for the part since I initially paid for the diagnosis and the cost of the technician to come out. I paid the initial fee and waited for my part to arrive. The part finally arrived on January 4,2023. The technician came out only to tell me Ifit/Proform shipped the wrong part. I then conacted Ifit/Proform and waited another month until the part arrived on February 7,2023 only to be told by the technician the part did not fix the treadmill. The technician said the motor was the issue and needed to be replaced. I then waited another month until March 8,2023 for the motor to arrive. At this time the treadmill repair company told me they no longer had a technician in the area and I would have to contact Ifit/Proform. I contacted Ifit/Proform only to be told that I would be charged another service to repair my treadmill. I explained to them I had already paid the service charge and at this point had now waited 6 months to get my treadmill repaired and if the technician from the company I already paid was in the area I wouldn't have to pay anything. The representative continued to repeat they would not send out a technician without another service charge. At this point I'm just disappointed in the terrible customer service I received from Ifit/Proform. I had a great treadmill, but will never purchase another treadmill from Ifit/Proform. Piss Poor Service!

Dissatisfied customer

I purchased your recumbent exercise bike 3 weeks ago because I had knee surgery and needed to bike. I purchased your treadmill in the past, love the iFit component (I am a member), I especially like John Peel's workouts. I follow him on my treadmill and bike. When I needed a bike I did not think twice and purchased a bike from you as well. After I started riding the bike, I noticed my knees were hitting the monitor because I had to push the seat all the way forward due to being short. I called your warranty department and they sent out a tech to look at my issue. He could not do anything about this issue and put this into the note. I called back to the warranty department the next day to see what they could do and this is where I am dissatisfied.

I was transferred to the returns department and was told in order to return this bike I had to pay a $250 restocking fee and 10% of what I paid for it. I only paid $399, so this made no sense because I would be paying almost double to return this bike. She was not helpful in resolving this issue. All she said she could do was provide 5% back ($20) and a product of my choice like an iFit heart monitor.

I told her I did not want any free items, I wanted a bike that would fit me properly. I have used many recumbent bikes and never have I had the issue of my knees touching the monitor. As I said, I had knee surgery and have hit my knees on this monitor and it is not comfortable. She said there was nothing she could do, nor ProForm. This was there policy and that's it! I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told none were available, but would pass on my what we talked about.

I told her I was going to be writing a bad review regarding this service, but she did not seem to care. So when you see the bad review in Google you will know why.

It is unfortunate that a big company like ProForm could not resolve my issue by exchanging my bike for another one that works for me. I guess one dissatisfied customer is okay with ProForm. They got their money from me, but not again! Shame on ProForm for having this type of policy and not making the customer happy. Especially one that was a previous customer that was happy and has had a misfortune of having knee surgery. I excepted better than this from this company. I live and work in Utah and have been to the company in Logan. I guess they have gotten too big for themselves.

Tablet stopped working (unable to reset Etc. with support, so they issued a replacement that would be on the way "soon")
We waited no called back 2 weeks later, we were told then that the part was on back order but we will get it"within the next week upon arrival to be the first on the next list and we'll get shipping upgrade" (I am not mentioning the long wait and transfers each being 40 mins plus for every call!).
Tho there's three weeks later, we called wondering what was going on…well our part will be "build" and generally replacement take 5 weeks. Shame on us. Oh well. I guess other agents aren't aware…
6 calls and 3+MONTHS, many lies and false expectations Plus 1 ESCALATION later we RECEIVED THE WRONG CONSOLE PART!
The 2k equipment is a paperweight! Any fineness equipment from other manufacturers held up better and longer. The customer service is a nightmare and now we have to go through it all over again, having to explain what exactly was messed up to a person possible being less tech savvy than us, providing images Etc. (wires and plugs don't match up, as the wrong cable plugs are installed on the board as there is a different plug style needed to connect the wires on the board some plugs were welded together, so we had to gently remove them to unplug (9 plug needed for the new board but the original has a 5 and. 3 installed Etc)… and heaven forbid to self fix this IF you are not tech savvy because we are but there is nothing we can fix if we get I correctly wired electric board plugs lol). So ignore the companies replied to "call them to resolve the trouble" as THATS WHAT WE HVE BEEN DOING FOR MONTHS!

Don't buy Pro-form. If you still do, activate the warranty. And avoid getting a model with built in tablet! Get one without or one that synches to YOU tablet of choice!

Bought online a HIIT H7 in Nov 2021. Delivered in mid Dec. New product was rusted. Requested replacement. Proform sent out a new product. Received an email for delivery the morning of Dec 31st. Get a call on Dec 30th to confirm delivery on the 31st between 1 - 5pm. Told them it is supposed to be 9am - 12pm but I could accommodate up to 4pm. They stated they could not deliver then and would have to call back to reschedule. I asked for a call on the 31st and they agreed to call back the next day. Never received another call from them. Called Proform again to inquire, they also tried to call shipping company to no avail. The Proform person asked me to follow up and gave me their number (not sure that is something in the deal). After another week of no return call, I called and cancelled. 1 week later a driver calls and says he is 15min away to deliver the product to me. I informed him that I had already cancelled this machine. In fact, Proform was to send someone to gain the rest of the machine... still waiting on that. I had to follow up again with Proform to get something scheduled, hopefully that will happen. Just not what I expected even in this market situation. Will never work with this company again, very displeased.
