Pro-Form

After searching endlessly for a slim fit rad for my set up, I came across Proforms Youtube spot describing their great product and great customer service However when I called to try and get a rad for my project, Before I could get the complete description of my set up and what I was looking for, I was QUICKLY dismissed, rushed of the phone and directed to another company. The C/S agent did not even ATTEMPT to find a product of the measurements I needed. Very poor service. Thanks for NOTHING!

I'm a beginner when it comes to working out and I really enjoy my ProForm Upright Bike. It was easy to set up and put together. I had no issues with it. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Great quality this company provides. I have the spine bike thay has a 22inch screen attached. Almost everything is made from metal. It came with 2 3lb weights. The delivery service and customer service are extremely nice and friendly. When the designes the bike they really thought everything through to make it easy to put together. Everything was labeled with right or left. Also which step a product will be used. The only additional thing I needed was a screwdriver.

Excellent service. Quality machines for a great price. My spin bike was a fraction of the cost of the 'other brand' and I am loving the ifit classes and trainers. Customer service was incredibly helpful when i had to call them.

I have the ex5 "ProForm Tour De France CBC Bike and am very impressed with the quality. For less than $500 this bike is solid. I love the smart digital resistance. At Costco this bike comes with a package that includes a year membership of iFit. There are so many classes. They even have live classes where the trainer can adjust your resistance. I have recently gotten a proform pro c22 spin bike. This bike is completely solid! It's most definitely made to last and everyone in my house enjoys using it. It was very easy to put together which was great. The seat is not bad at all and the pedals are also great which include straps! I own a ProForm spin bike and am very pleased with everything. ProForm has great customer service and the documentation I received with the bike included detailed instructions for assembly and use, including a 3D video I could download if I needed it. My bike is very sturdy and adjusts easily. I received discounted product for testing and evaluation in exchange for my honest opinion.

I would not recommend ProForm to anyone, at this time. Here is my experience: Ordered a bike. Was supposed to receive a call for scheduling delivery. No call; bike was left in my driveway while I was out of town. Bike arrived with 12+ missing parts. Ordered missing parts. Order was still missing 10+ parts. Ordered additional missing parts. Wrong parts were sent. Called to order correct part, was told it was out of stock, easier to replace entire bike. Set up replacement. After replacement was set up, was told, actually, parts are in stock. I'm a month in from receiving this bike, and I still cannot use it.

While setting up my new Proform elliptical I ran into an issue where I couldn't figure out how to attach a piece. I reached out to ProForm and not only did they quickly help me figure out what I was doing wrong, they also gave me even more information about it! They wer le extremely friendly and helpful. I've seen ads for Proform products for years but always just went to the gym instead. Since Covid happened and there are so many new rules and regulations it was clear that working out at home would be the easiest thing for me. I finally but the bullet and got a proform elliptical and am so happy I did! It's super durable, it's great quality. It comes with more features than I could ever imagine and i get to use in the comfort and safety of my own home! I could not be more please with this company and would recommend it to everyone! I purchased a Pro-Form elliptical machine this fall. The equipment is fine. It feels solid and performs well. The iFit software is really bad. So bad I want to take it off my machine but you can't. Please beware if you purchase from Pro-Form the ONLY option is to use iFit software. From what I can tell they are not the same company and Pro-Form has out sourced the software. It is hard to use, the trainers are (I think) annoying but it is the only option you have to use iFit and is not free once you use up the promotion period.

The other question I had is how is Pro-Form and iFit using your data? Your machine has to be connected to the internet at all times in order to function. Are they selling your workout and and heath data to advertisers or insurance companies?

I would never recommend Pro-Form.

I have received the upright bike at a discounted price in exchange for my honest feedback. I am extremely happy with my purchase of the upright bike. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is considering purchasing any of their products. The delivery was fast, the set up was super quick, the durability of the bike is great! This bike is compact and does not take up a lot of space making it great for someone who does not have the space for a big workout machine or someone who lives in an apartment. The bike seat is extremely comfortable and wide. On the back half of the bike stand there is a leveling system so if you are working out on non-carpet flooring you can level the bike so it does not wobble around. I currently have mine on carpet and have not had to worry about adjusting the settings at all. I really like that I now do not have to worry about going to the gym and can just exercise right at home!

I have nothing but positive things to say about proform! We started with their treadmill and because of my love for it I decided to incorporate the proform spin bike into my regular rotation! The instructions were easy to follow and customer service was so helpful when I couldn't figure out my Bluetooth connectivity to my tablet(my treadmill has the screen so I hadn't used the Bluetooth before) it was really simple after they explained it and I got it connected and was spinning in no time! Highly recommend.

I have both a elliptical and exercise bike by ProForm. The bike is the newest addition and have been using it with the iFit app and it's been awesome. My daughter and I set everything up in about 1.5hrs. Instructions were very straightforward. I love the personalized options available on the app. Instructors are very engaging and motivating. I recently bought a proform spin bike. The bike is economically designed and gives me an option to exercise right from the comfort of my home. The different levels of cycling resistance gives me varied options to select the level as per my desire. It comes along with a 30 day iFit membership. I found the app vey user friendly, it provides access to a lot of variety of videos and live classes. The bike is very sturdy and heavy duty. I find the tablet holder, located in the front to be very convenient. It allows me to exercise and follow the instructions in the app or binge on my favorite show. It comes along with a set of 3 pound dumbbells which is conveniently placed behind the seat. This provides an easy access to the dumbbells while I'm on my bike. I was given this product at a discounted rate for my unbiased opinion.

My bike arrived quickly. It was simple to put together. I enjoy using it with the iFit software. However, even without it it has a place to put a tablet so you could even spend time watching your favorite streaming service to pass the time. I was able to put it together myself in 20ish minutes. This company was a pleasure to work with on the Proform Elliptical with iFit I have. The iFit has been amazing with all of the different programs it offers. The company answers any questions I had about the iFit programs and the elliptical itself. I also really enjoy all of the trainers in the iFit programs that keep encouraging you and help you stay motivated. I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest opinions.

I purchased the Proform treadmill from Costco.com. I then purchased the 4 year extended warranty service from Proform.com. 2 years into the warranty, my belt is broken. I contacted Profrom, they assigned the warranty to Icon Fitness, Icon Fitness sent the parts for the belt. But assigned the actually repair job to Altitude Fitness Repair in Colorado. But it's been a month, no one would call and schedule an appointment to come and service the treadmill. I sent emails, texts and web live chats. Everyone is kicking the ball around and no one would respond to the repair. Basically, I paid the money for the warranty plan and will not receive any after-sale service. Costco is willing to take the treadmill back. But I just wish ProForm, Icon Fitness and Altitude Fitness Repair in Colorado would step up and honor their obligation.
