Pro-Form

I have the proform treadmill which I absolutely love and think was the decision I have made. I got this because I have not been going to the gym due to covid precautions and needed something to use at home. However, I live in a one bedroom apartment and have very limited space. The treadmill is compact and folds up to allow for me to utilize when needed but also, not have to take up too much space! I contacted customer service during set up because I could not figure out how to set it up manually, I was barely on hold before I was connected to an agent and they guided me very quickly and I was off the phone within 10 minutes from start to finish. Was very impressed with the customer service I experienced!

We purchased this bike and it arrived non-functioning. I spent hours on the phone with different departments trying to get a replacement part. They told me I could watch a YouTube video to install it myself and I told them they were crazy, that they have to send a tech because it's under warranty! After going round and round, they finally scheduled the technician. He came out after the part
arrived and immediately said this is the wrong part. I spent many more hours on the phone with them trying to get the right part and after waiting several weeks (everything is back ordered and the first couple of CSR's didn't bother to tell me that but one of them finally accidentally let it slip), I decided to return the bike. That took several weeks to happen and now it's been more than a month that they've had the bike in their possession and they still have not refunded my money. I have called multiple times to ask about my refund. After more than 30 days in their possession, the CSR told me today that he'll put me on a hot list and I'll have my refund in 7 to 10 days. Seriously?
I would not buy anything from this company again ever.
RUN AWAY! And buy that popular bike that they advertise on TV.

Everyone talks about Pelaton... Well, I didn't want theirs so I went with Proform The price is way more affordable and the bike is amazing! The workouts available are crazy fun. There are outdoor workouts and studio workouts so everyone can be happy. The large variety of workouts is great. I'm shocked at how much fun it is. The variety of iFit workouts has to beat the competition by miles. The best part is that the trainers are super nice and motivational. I haven't heard any bad language or anything. Super great workouts and safe for your kiddos to listen to them.

So far my experience with Proform has been really great. The bike I bought several months ago is in great shape. A call to customer service with questions was met with politeness and concern. I was given a link to turn on a video so the man could walk me through the steps I needed to do. Made it so easy and quick to help this beginner cyclist out.

I grew up with my family only buying Proform fitness products (I believe Sears sold them pretty exclusively then), so I was hoping the quality of my elliptical would match my expectations. No worries, because Proform still makes quality products. This was pretty easy to put together-about an hour and a half and my husband and I are not tech savvy- and it feels sturdy. The movement is quiet and smooth. The size is pretty compact so it fits right in to a smaller space. The equipment comes with a free trial of iFit. If you've not tried it, definitely do the trial, if for a y reasonbut to see some beautifulplacesin the world. I'm really enjoying both the physical and global experience from the safety of my home. I received this item at a discounted rate for my honest opinion.

I received my ProForm Bike and couldn't be happier. It was easy to assemble and the size fits perfectly into my bedroom. I'm able to pair my iFit workouts with the bike which has been a great motivator. The bike works great and when used with the app makes it a game changer. A product discount was given to me for taking the time to share my authentic feedback in this review.

I was very depressed and isolated and no gyms were available around me during the COVID lock down. The proform treadmill I invested was the best investment I could have made for myself at anytime. The quality of the machine, the heavy duty design made it impossible for me to screw up. The iFIT subscription was like getting the peloton experience at a fraction of the cost. I really felt empowered to use it and felt better about myself as I gained confidence.

So I ordered this a year ago. I used it 5x's because of life. Let me tell you proform will never get business from me again and I encourage anyone to stay away. So I'm outside of labor warranty no problem. They told me to test the Reed switch which I did moving it 1/8th inch at a time. Rpm still doesn't work which controls the machine. Ive called customer service for months. First 2 times waited over an hour and was told they couldn't hear me and they hung up. Now I follow there advise and now they say they can't send me parts that are covered under warranty to fix my machine without paying 159 dollars for a tech to verify. This machine was already 1100 bucks and is a useless paper weight and proforms customer service is worst then that.

This is an initial review of Pro-Form Treadmills. My specific experience includes 4 different models.

Including both the 400 Series & 600 Series.

The website touts "Professional-grade construction", along with other claims of quality materials and workmanship.

None of this is true. Pro-Form Treadmills use inferior materials and inept Chinese workmanship. They are pieces of junk. Some are dangerous pieces of junk.

One 400 model in particular will change speeds - haphazardly without warning. This malfunction is inherent at the point of manufacture. This problem has been reported to Icon Health & Fitness (Customer Service for Pro-Form Equipment), but they do nothing except continually offer empty apologies.

In summary: Pro-Form markets nothing but cheap junk. If you own one, get rid of it while you can. If you have the option to get your money back, get it while you can. Eventually these pieces of junk will begin to malfunction, becoming useless garbage long before they reach anything close to a useful life potential. I repeat - Pro-Form = Junk.

I got a spin bike and have been pleased with the product. I am impressed that even though I am pretty heavy the bike doesn't creak, groan, or feel tippy even when I'm doing the standing style pedaling. I truly think this is a great beginner bike to be introduced to the fitness world. The ifit membership that came with it is pretty invaluable, I wouldn't have had any idea on what to do to get full potential from the bike. Assembly was reasonable and manageable. I've needed to move it around a few times in the space we have it and that was easy as well. The screen really gives the opportunity for more variety. I was given the opportunity to procur this product at a reduced rate as a trade for an honest review.

I have a ProForm Pro C22 Bike from Icon Health and Fitness - Proform division. I love this thing. The bike is very very nice. It is larger than I expected and so much heavier than I expected. I feel so steady on this bike. My old one would move a lot when just sitting and spinning. This one has very little movement and it has toe cages which make me feel even safer. I love the quality of the peddles. They are so strong and spikey. You don't slip easily. Icon has been very easy to work with. I received a product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I did receive FREE iFit for a full year with my bike.

I recently got the ProForm Bike with IFit trial. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest feedback. I play soccer, and due to Covid, last year was non existent, and this season was cut short. Going in to winter, I knew I needed something to keep my legs in shape, and this bike is definitely it! Bike was easy to assemble, but the box was a bit rough to finagle since it was so large. I love how sturdy the bike is, how slim and sleek it is, but I have to say that I hate the seat. It is very hard and just not comfortable. I am going to be replacing it with a gel seat. In the meantime, it's still a great workout, and I love using the IFit app to "travel" to other places around the world for my bike rides. The instructors are easy to hear, and very clear about techniques, and the motivation is great!

I am in love with ProForm. I could not be happier with my bike. It is everything I wanted and more for at home. Amazing quality and customer service has a been wonderful as well.

Purchased Pro-Form Coachlink E9.0 Elliptical from Costco.com. Went with Costco as a trusted provider. After a month of use (and getting past their sleazy attempt to force purchasers to sign up for IFit) the unit began to produce a load "click" on each revolution. The click volume increased as ramp was raised. I attempted to contact tech support at Pro-Form... insane hold times so wrote long description of problem to them via their web site service request. Received immediate response from automated email saying they would have someone contact me, so I know they received my request. No one ever contacted me. This was back in March, 2020, Have made numerous attempts since then, as the problem has continued to worsen, and the exact same "no response". It is now August, 2020. Called Costco.com however their "phone tree" does not support their exercise equipment and they say to contact manufacturer. There's your classic vicious cycle! Left message at Costco.com and so far no reply. I feel they're going to wait until the unit is out of warranty and then tell me it's out of warranty. I do of course continue to get emails and even one postal asking if I'd like to purchase extended support. Like that's going to happen. Seriously considering taking the unit to local Costco and dumping it on their front porch to deal with. So disappointed.

After gaining the dreaded COVID weight I decided to work on my personal health this fall. My dear friend has a ProForm bike and raves about it so I decided to purchase one myself. It arrived quickly and after unpacking the box I was called away to household duties. In the time between unpacking and assembly, my four year old found the instrucition manual and decided it was a coloring book. Unfortunaly his amatuer artistry make several of the pages illegible. I immediatedly called customer service and they were amazing at immediately emailing me a link to the online assembly instructions, which were super easy to follow by the way! I am now happily riding my way to better health!

I received a proform spin bike for my honest feedback and opinion. The bike arrived quickly however the box was pretty damaged. The bike was very well packed with a lot of bubble wrap and styrofoam so it was well protected. The instructions were easy to follow and the bike was assembled in under an hour. I really love that you can adjust the handle as well as the seat quickly and easily so that multiple people can use it. I am 5ft 2 in and my husband is 5ft 9 inches. I have always heard great things about Proform and had actually been watching some youtube videos on various routines and trainers to follow some type of program. I was pleased to see that the Pro Form spin bike comes with a 30 day free trial. This app gives access to workout programs as well as trainers and you can keep track of your progress on the app. This bike is very sturdy. The only feedback I really have is in regards to the seat. The seat it comes with is pretty hard so it's difficult to go more than about 30 minutes before needing a break. It does have the option for an interchangeable seat which I will be looking into. Other than that, I have nothing but great things to say about Proform.

Bike was easy to set up! I thought the instructions were a little confusing at first but once I figured it out, it was fairly simple. The bike is fun and very easy to use as well!

Highly recommend! Building my bike was easy and didnt take too long at all. Seat is comfortable for long rides and sturdy!
