My ProForm Elliptical arrived nicely packaged and each piece was clearly marked. It took my husband and I about 1 hour to assemble. The end product is so solid and sturdy. You can feel how smooth each glide feels and its sturdy construction makes you feel safe with every step. I love that I can exercise at home and still have all the fun. I get personalized work outs, goals, challenges, and so much more. Their customer service is easy to get in touch with and quick and friendly. I received a membership with my treadmill and just love it. The treadmill is foldable so it isn't in the way when I'm not using it. The incline and speed change automatically. I received a discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.

My new Proform Treadmill is great. It came with Ifit subscription. The instructions included with the product made it a easy to assemble even though I do not do this type of assembly often. I appreciated that there is a 90 day warranty included with the product and the option to purchase extended warranty if we so choose. I also found the exercise and stretching guidelines to be useful and I am looking forward to getting the free meal guide which is available on request via mail.

I have been hearing a lot of hype about "spinning" and decided to check it out. I got the ProForm 500 SPX with interchangeable seat and am thrilled. I have always had problems with my knees and could not run, but this spin bike gives me a good workout. I can do a session whenever I want without having to get out in the weather and going to the gym. This bike is sturdy and feels expensive but is actually reasonably priced. I am rather fluffy, so, the seat is going to be changed out for something more comfortable to me. Also, I am short and this bike is fully adjustable and easy to adjust so my fiance' and I can easily adjust the bike to our own comfort levels! I have the ProForm 300ci. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. It has a comfortable seat and is easily adjustable to any height. (I am really short so this matters). The elliptical machine I got was easy to set up. Its compatible with the iFIT program. I downloaded the iFIT app without any problems. The machine is compact so it fits great in my small home. I like how the display and buttons are easy to use and to understand. The stride is comfortable and smooth I'm really impressed with how challenging this compact machine is.
