Very detailed information, measurements are critical. Lucky I found this. I wanted to add to my order the next day and emailed my request. I was contacted that day and was able to add to my order before it shipped saving me another shipping charge.

Please note it would have been nice to receive a hole template for the cut out on the ceiling, but none was provided.
Installation instructions are very brief and could be more detailed for the novice or DIY person.
Checkout was a little confusing with everything on one page but it works.
Shipping was 4 days quicker than expected.
Shipped items were correct count and type.
Checkup email arrived the day the shipment did to verify.
I am unlikely to recommend this site to someone because there is simply no one I know who is likely to buy this type of product.

I knew before hand that this candelabra bulb was going to flicker a bit when you dim it down so far. Wish they had one that wouldn't flicker on lower settings. Pricing needs to be more competitive. Great LED bulb when left on high setting installed in ceiling fan.
Couldn't find these products elsewhere. Going to use them to pop up automotive push pins; as well as other things when needed. Update: received items and look great. Good, prompt service and delivery.
The only issue is that the shipping information on the Products for Automation log-in web-site was never updated when I went on-line to check on my order. It always said "processing" right up to the time the order was delivered. This is not very useful. One needs to be able to get accurate shipping and en-route delivery information.
Top notch company. The best customer service I have encountered for an on-line order. Order confirmation emailed with receipt immediately after placing on-line order. Received products promptly. Follow-up email to make sure I received material and am satisfied. I could not have asked for better.
It's a little early to tell any of this. I just now ordered the parts and are waiting for delivery. Scowling through a website and placing an order is nothing to comment about. If the parts arrive next week when expected, then I can evaluate the information you are asking about.
The items I needed were in stock and I received them when I needed them. I paid for expedited service and the price was reasonable. I will be looking at Products for Automation more often for parts I need to source. Thank you.
I found it very easy to order. Although I have to email and call several times about a ship date. I wish the PFA had an "estimated ship date" listed on the website instead of "pending".
Other than that, I am very satisfied with the product and the price. :)
It really helps when looking at an item to know how many you have in stock. Definately will use again. The only problem I had was the order was stuck in processing. I had to call to see why and when I would receive. The customer service person was very helpful and called back to inform me when I would receive the product. Overall I would order again from the website.
