Great move having the ship method at checkout include the option of collect. This is the first time I have seen online ordering include that.
The fan I ordered was by far less expensive than others I had looked at. The site is very functional and the delivery timely.

I liked the pricing, however the communication failed. I received the e-mail stating the order was received on the 15, then no other communication until I called on the 20th, 5 days later. The rep stated it was shipping from California and that same morning it arrived at my house in Wisconsin. The lack of a timely shipping notice caused me frustration and your staff time and money researching my order. Timely communication using your IT systems would have prevented this issue.
The product was delivered very quickly. The part was needed for a power shoreline that keeps our front line medic charged in the station.
Having added two things by part number to the cart, I found I could not again view the cart, and hence could not check out. I had to sort of loop round, a slight inconvenience.
