I don't know how it got lost in translation, my order, but they shipped a power supply for another brand. Obviously I cant use it but the sales person asked If I wanted to keep it and order another part. What? Then they tell us we have to wait for an RMA from the manufacturer. What? This is not good customer service. I don't trust them to do the right thing.
Marianne with ProDryers offered exceptional customer service. We have not had the units installed yet, but everything arrived in good shape. It would be helpful if there was more details on the units on the website. I ended up having to place a second order for the chiller unit as I did not realize the dispensing unit did not include one. Free shipping at a certain dollar amount would be a nice feature to offer also.
