Pro Drinking Fountains

I have ordered water fountains from this company of 3 separate occasions so far and each time my order has been packed and sent out the same day it was placed. One order I put in late Friday afternoon and I had the fountain in hand Monday afternoon. The rep I have dealt with, Casey, has been excellent! I will be ordering another fountain next month to replace another aging unit. Thank you so much!

With all the gimmicks and scams online, I was pretty hesitant to order from this website. I'm so glad I did though.

Our company needed a replacement water fountain, and as a last resort I landed on this website. A friend sent us the link, and the product was cheaper than amazon and the official company website, so I just hoped for the best.

Our product arrived quite timely, and all was well until we found that one of the pipes seemed disconnected/ not usable. I pushed back the thought "Oh no, we've been scammed..." and contacted customer service. The representative, Laura, was warm and extremely helpful, and actually gave the issue a lot of attention+ follow-up. Our water dispenser issue was fixed promptly.

This kind of human customer support is beyond anything Big Tech offers these days, and I'm so glad we supported a -smaller- business.
