Love the pictures. They are beautiful and made so well. Shipping was extremely expedite.
I emailed customer care after I got my order because one photo has a frame around it and none of the others do. I had intended for there to be no frames. I never received a response to my email.
It was very easy to use and they had a good variety of templates and the book looks great!

Great customer service when needed, I purchased two books and when delivery arrived only one book was in box. I contacted Printer Pix and the error was addressed immediately and I received my second book.
Delivered on time wish I ordered sooner because it was technically a late gift but it turned out amazing I went with a double sided blanket and was not disappointed at all!

The photo mug I ordered was reasonably priced. It seems to be of good quality. The images look good, and the mug was not broken upon arrival.
It did take about a week longer to arrive than was advertised on Printerpix' website. I understand it's an estimate, but it was fairly inaccurate. The process of tracking the order was not exceptionally difficult, but it would have been nice to have notifications of progress.
I attempted to contact customer service to check the status of my order, as it said it had been shipped almost a week, but hadn't arrived. I was not able to connect with anyone.
Even the email requesting feedback came almost two weeks after the item was finally delivered.
I was happy with how easy it was to place an order through my phone.

I love my blanket! I got it for my husband for our sons first heavenly birthday and wasn't sure how the few pictures we had would come out but they were all clear and the colors are bright and the words are clear! The blanket is so soft and the perfect throw to cuddle up with!

Very easy to construct this vacation adventure book. Changes can be made relatively easily. Also like the ability to add pre selected dividers and additional artwork. The add photos portion is also a blessing.
