Super easy to find a template for the blanket that fit my purposes, and selecting the pictures from my phone to complete it took no time at all. As always the quality was great and we got lots of happy tears from grandma when she opened the gift!

Excellent product! They are really beautiful canvas prints and we couldn't be happier with them. But, when I tried to reach customer service about a mistake in my address, I could not reach anyone for over 25 minutes on the phone, twice. And the email responded too late. The error was my fault, but the inaccessibility of customer service is not so good.

The picture was darker than id hoped? But i think thats on me for not buying extra support to clean it up and adjust it. Also very sharp. Would use them again!

Im very disappointed by your scamming. It forced me to add a floating frame and $27 with it even though i didnt want it and only by toggling with different buttons at checkout and by the grace of God was I able to get it off. Shame on you. People with less tech skill than I are getting scammed by you because of your deceit and dishonesty! My husband is a big influencer and will be advising people not to use your company!
