Calendar was easy to make and shipped quickly. Photos on the calendar turned out a lot darker than what was shown on my computer but otherwise happy with the results.

Printing and delivery took far too long! No email updates if progress in the interim, I had to chase your team.
Best part of a month of a 5 year old to wait for his first photos was rough. If I'd have known you were that slow from the first place I would have shopped elsewhere.
Too difficult to change blanket size, and no real good way to know the difference between types. Also, it would be nice to be able to stretch a picture to fit the blanket.

Shipment took 35 days and I missed the birthday of the individual the gift was for. I never received any updates or reason for delay and had to call several times to ensure it was still coming-very disappointed
The rounded card shows $0.00 when selected as option but adds a $21.00 charge at the end which is incredibly frustrating and the shipping charges are extremely high.
Used Groupon and no issues just had to pay for shipping but saved a bunch of money and love the photo books
The reason why I have the rating is they take forever to process my first order was put in the 19th today is the 26th of the month and still has not even shipped so they take about a month to get anything
