The blanket came out good for the most part. I gave it 3 stars because it is not centered correctly on the blanket.
Like the products, but will not order again, as myemail stated FREE SHIPPING, but i was charged $29.99. When I questioned it, via email, I was told basically, too bad.
I spent over $100 and the email said anything over $100 had free shipping.

It was great but it took too long from the time I ordered it! The book itself is amazing!
I originally wanted the Thermal cup, but upon receiving the stainless cup, the images didn't show well on that material. Their customer service rep was very helpful in making sure I received a product I was happy with. I changed the type of mug to ceramic, but also suggested an insulated drinking cup, I owned, as a better surface than the stainless metal they have a a product they may want to consider switching to for better photo results.
I wasn't able to see both sides of the travel mug photos in the Preview section. Needs to be corrected.
Fast, efficient, and good quality. Wish there was a little bit more communication about the status of my order. But the results were worth it.

I had a Groupon coupon;even though Groupon verified the coupon had been used Printer Pix charged me more. I wasn't satisfied with customer service. This was not resolved as something about the automated service couldn't correct😒. This was after several times with customer service. Will not use their service sgain….too hard to communicate when there is a problem.
I have never had an easy experience with Printerpix but continue to use it since it offers Groupons to keep the cost down. This time, when I went onto the website to start making my lay flat book, there was no option for lay flat so I chose "photo book," assuming I could change it at checkout. Well, I couldn't. I called Printerpix, even speaking with a manager, to please change my option from "photo book" to lay flat." Nope, it couldn't be done. I was told to do the book over again! I had just spent weeks making this book and to be be told the only option was to do it over again brought me to tears. I had no choice so I did it over again. Printerpix should have the ability to change the product at checkout, if need be. Shouldn't an employee be able to click a different option at checkout? It seems so simple and much better than putting customers through hell.
I received my photo book within a reasonable time period. It was made to my satisfaction.

You say free shipping, but I counted the cost plus tax and you still added $11.
I had to call after two weeks to find out where my order was. Then it took another week to arrive.
This was a very frustrating experience, but thanks to Maya Watson's professionalism and diligence, everything turned out ok. We have gone back and forth on this project since mid-February 2024. The third printing of the project was a success. I appreciated Maya working with me to get the order results I wanted. Five stars are warranted because Maya persisted in her efforts to satisfy the customer. Thank you.
The canvas that we ordered was a 5 generation family photo that we gifted to our dad and it was more beautiful in person than it was online.
It came out so nicely that several members of our family have inquired about ordering one for themselves.
