I've had the most AMAZING experience with PrinterPix. I decided to order 50 hardcover photo books so I sent a message to customer service letting them know I had a "bulk order". Not only did they respond to my request immediately, they gave me the most FANTASTIC DEAL on the bulk order of 50 books. There was skepticism when I was sent a PAYPAL link to pay for the bulk order - as I thought that was a bit unusual. (It's a lot of scams out there) But it turned out to be 100% legit and I verified it was a legit PAYPAL account also. I had to speak to someone in customer service to ensure the order showed a PAID status and the representative also helped me verify and place the order. I was never without support. There was always someone to respond to my messages. The books arrived ON TIME as scheduled. I see the other remarks about slow shipping etc so my advice would be to order 2 months in advance like I did. After a while it became obvious the company is not in the USA, however, there are lots of companies who operate from remote areas (with no issues). Again, you may want to order at least 1-2 months in advance. The photo books finally arrived and they are AMAZING! Vivid colors and beautiful. I am so HAPPY and to be honest, also relieved. (You hear about so many scam stories). The print quality was wonderful. And I did not choose to upgrade to the HD quality. These are going to be a huge hit at the event I ordered them for. I just know it! Thank you PRINTER PIX for putting my mind at ease about all this. I always felt like there were customer service reps available to answer all my questions. I give this company 5 STARS and would give them 10 STARS if I could!
I started work on a 100 page photo book at the beginning of November. I have spent HOURS creating a very special photo book for a Christmas present for my parents. I have encountered seven major problems so far. Each time I have phoned printerpix (at my expense) waited up to 40 mins for my phone call to be answered. Then spent a further 20 minutes explaining the problem, only to be told my issue would be esculated to the IT department. I have asked for a supervisor to contact me on the last three occassions I have contacted Printerpix, no-one ever has. I am on page 69 of my 100 page photo book and the photos will no longer upload, so I can't add any more photos. I have been told I will need to start again. Is this company for real? Has all my HOURS and HOURS of tedious photo editing and book making gone to waste? Does anyone at Printerpix actually care just how upsetting and frustrating this is?
The deals might seem good, but the mental stress is simply NOT WORTH IT. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
Pay a little bit more for a photobook with a company who can resolve issues and actually care about their customers.
I thought shipping was free but it wasn't and i have no idea on what to do about it other then that it went well.
