Might have an office in US but it is made in china. Flesh color is yellow. There is no support for your back, the seam runs right over your nipple so very uncomfortable. I wasted $16 in shipping because i believed it was a US company. Be wise. Save your money!

I am 74 yr old female recovering from COVID. I ordered the bra not realizing it did not have snaps or hooks. I wanted to return it but after I sent the bra back at my expense, I received 1/2 of the price of the original price. Read the small print. Their explanation of returns was no less then a full page on email. I don't recommend buying from this company.

I used their measurement guide then the first time I lifted my arms the bra came up near to around my neck and my breasts fell out of the bottom. So wrong size. There is also virtually no support in the bras. If you wear any bra larger than a training bra then buy your bras somewhere that has bras with some support to them.
Ok, so lastly, I tried to return them. No way that was going to happen. They told me to give them to someone else and denied my request to return them and that they decided not to refund. Then they blocked me.
Do not lose your money like I have lost mine, do not order from them! They are the usual run of the mill scammers!
Oh, and they were NOT shipped from in the US, so don't think that just because they say they are that they are any softer to order from than any other scammer. They were shipped from overseas and took two and a half weeks to be delivered.

After reading the previous reviews I think it is a total waste to try to return. Sounds like this company is a total scam on every front. Do not order. I plan to call my credit card company to protest this awful company.

Don`t buy this crap. I`m in between a sz 2X/3X. My boobs fell out of the cups, the sides held nothing & the straps were useless. You can buy these bras at Big Lots for $6.99.
Now I read you have to pay to return their crap & they deduct $8 out of your refund! I suggest you go to Big Lots.com

I ordered the stretch bras. The note that came with the bras tells you exactly how to wear it and how to stretch it, with or without the pads that comes with it. The note was very detailed, they said when you get them that they are very small, but they stretch. Well I don't mean to be rude, but what I got it nothing like what they say. #1 no pads and no slits for pads per their note I have one. Not. #2 I wear a 36DDD and I ordered a large, I should have ordered a small.#3 no support at all, don't try to run in these, again no lift. I will keep the only because, I think they will be ok to sleep. Thank for listening. Judi

I bought this bra and it doesn't fit. I had breast cancer and wearing the normal type bra's hurt, so I thought I would try this one It doesn't fit. When I contacted the company they refused to refund my money in full. They will refund only $5.00 and I have to return at my own cost It is NOT a reputable company and they don't stand behind their products. DO NOT BUY THIS BRA

If I could possibly give this company 0 or lower stars I certainly would. The product was nowhere near the size I ordered and was very poor quality. The most pathetic thing about this company is that they do not refund the FULL amount of your purchase. Not only do you have to pay to ship it back to them, but they keep the original shipping amount that you paid in the first place. I can't imagine that anyone finds this company reputable or having any integrity. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company in the future and will certainly tell EVERYONE I come in contact with not to both with them. SCAM ALERT!

I am always scared to order bras on line but this one is so comfortable. As a retired lady who almost never goes anywhere except to walk the dog, wearing no bra - which is what I was doing - can be a little uncomfortable. But this is soft, keeps the girls in place and since I'm not huge the fit is perfect. Uplifting is a waste to worry about not at almost 70! I have owned VS, Bali and others and sorry they are so... uncomfortable... have tried sport bras and they are way too tight to wear for 12 hours. Thank you Primo!

These are the WORST bras I've ever seen. The XL looks like it might fit a 5 year old, it's literally about 7" wide and doesn't stretch enough to wear! Made in China with no support what so ever and I mailed back my package (I had to pay the postage) for a refund and never heard back from the company and didn't get my money back and the bras were still in the packaging! I would NEVER order from this company, it's a total SCAM!

I ordered the strapless Primo Comfort bra and it is seriously the worst bra I've ever bought. I wear a 36-38B and there is no support, no lift at all - it did the opposite and made my girls look long and droopy. The removable padding looks like little saucers poking out and you could see them even through a sweatshirt. Saw these advertised on Facebook with raving reviews, plus more on their website... bunch of bs. Will be sending these back.

Your company SHOULD be ashamed of yourselves. You put out a product that looks very promising, I should have known. Anything on Facebook or Pinterest is a total scam! YOU prey on shoppers who want a deal and show nice photos of your " product" and then are so way off from what it really is. THEN once we find out its a big hoax, you slip 2 "notes" stating that refunds can be processed BUT we have to ship it thru standard USPS, shipping and handling will not be refunded and the refund amount will be mailed in the form of a check! Like who even does that?! You take my money out of my credit card IMMEDIATELY and then you scam me with a horrible low quality product and you can't even do a full refund? You should close shop. Business practice? Zilch. None. Your company is the scum of this earth.

Fabric is soft, but the Super Lift Comfort Bra offers zero support. I'm a 34B. Absolutely no support. Frustrating to have to pay return shipping for an absolutely poor quality bra.
