It does take about 3 weeks to receive an order but it was completely worth the wait! My ring arrived with all the required documentation and certification. It was in a beautiful box with a light for display and the ring itself is phenomenal! I went with the higher grade diamonds and my ring sparkles and shines amazingly! The pictures can't even do it justice. It's gorgeous. I absolutely love it. I will purchase from PrimeStyle again.

My husband bought me an anniversary ring in 2016 it was platinum. The band bent and I sent it back twice. The third time it happened I had it reset into 14k white gold in 2017. In 2019 a diamond fell out I sent it in and paid to have it repaired in 2020 a diamond fell out on the Sam side I sent it in and paid for the repair in December of 2021 the same diamond fell out I sent it in again and paid for the repair I wore it twice and it fell out again this time I sent it in and wasn't charged for the repair they have not put the correct size diamond in so there is a gap between the diamond and the center diamond. I spoke to David and he assures me it was inspected and reinforced but I am afraid to wear it because I am afraid the diamond will fall out again so I have a ring I am afraid to wear.

I ordered an engagement ring and wedding band through Prime Style. The engagement ring went smoothly, but the wedding band has been nothing but trouble.

The original band was no where close to matching with the engagement ring. They requested we send both the engagement ring and band back, so they could get it right. They told us it would take about two weeks to get the rings back. The total time before we got them back was closer to a month.

The wedding band fitment was still not right. They told us to send them back for a second time. Same story with the delivery deadline. They told us about 2 weeks and it was closer to a month.

We requested to receive pictures before the rings were sent back this time multiple times. They said they would make it happen. No pictures were sent before they delivered the rings.

The rings now match, but there is file marks all over both sides of the engagement ring. The manager clams they still have the rings and haven't been sent back yet. He said they did not touch the engagement ring. He clearly does not know what is going on. What a let down and a disappointment. They seem to cut corners whenever they can. I'm still waiting for them to make this right.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. My ring broke after only having it for less than a year. I treated this ring like it was my baby and loved it so much. I went to pick up my dog and when I did only my wedding band was on my hand and the diamond setting detached from the band. My mother in law used this place as a recommendation and was very disappointed to see how this company acted when my fiancé told them my ring broke due to a manufacturer error. They blamed it on us saying that we used brut force to break this ring and said we had to pay more money for the manufacturing cost to get it fixed when in reality it was to get more gold added to the ring. Now that I have the remade ring I am walking on eggshells with it and feel like I have to be careful with every touch. They say this particular band is fragile but why wouldn't you give that warning when my fiancé was buying the ring? Why can people have rings for 30+ years but mine breaks in less than a year? Very disappointed in this company and would never want someone to go through what I went through. This situation and review would be avoided if the owner David would have clearly stated that the cost to fix the ring was to add more gold to the band rather than telling my fiancé that it was to pay for the manufacturing cost. But honestly I never thought we should have had to pay for something that was completely out of our hands, the quality of the ring should have been perfect from the beginning.

Never again. These guys are scammers. I took my wedding set and they said that they don't sell this kind of diamonds anymore because they are so yellow. Not as advertised. The reason why they claim they only have 1 % returns is because of women like me - who received these as a gift and can't say NO to their poor husbands present

I had purchased my engagement ring from primestyle and I wasn't happy with the color of the main diamond so I wrote to the company and in no time at all the owner called me to talk about it. I was very impressed when he personally inspected the ring and replaced not only the main diamond but the side ones as well with very clear and sparkly new diamonds free of charge. I have since sent my daughter to buy her ring there as well and she is thrilled at her ring. She sent in a picture of a diamond ring that would have cost her 10,000 at another store and primestyle made the same exact ring for 3400. I would HIGHLY recommend getting your ring at primestyle. You won't be disappointed! :)

Two separate jewelers could not verify that two of the five stones were not Moisanite. Both snickered at the $18k "appraisal" that Prime sent with the ring. As they were unable to verify the stones due to multiple refractions which natural diamonds do not have, appraisal was impossible. I lost over $200 on verification and required insurance just to return. Prime then kept my money for three weeks. Visa stepped in and was able to have my account refunded.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone... not even enemies.

Our diamonds are guaranteed to be 100% real. If your jeweler cannot verify that then an independent appraiser could do that. You chose an opinion instead of the fact and I'm certain that if you were to contact us we would direct you and instruct you as of how to properly get your item evaluated. We do not deal with diamonds that are not 100% real. Our diamonds are also neither enhanced nor treated. We provide you with an appraisal report and encourage each one of our customers to get another evaluation locally.

I've bought a diamond ring in new year sale for my wife but the ring not arrive in correct time and it's was saying 5 days working but received after 3 weeks. The problem it's like very low quality and the design it's not looks like same like pictures in website but I didn't taken any action but then few days laters I've received another letter for invoice payment 105£ then I've contacted with primestyle and long story then one day I visited a jewellery shop and there's same ring & the price 299£ but I've paid then 899£ then I decided to return and refund my money but for refund my money there's too much excuses but after all I didn't receive full refund plus wasted 200$ just for nothing so my recommendation never buy from primestyle and they are all philiphina or indonesia but they are use fake details if you speak with you can catch there accent so you can guess easily they are not real they just stolen my 200$ for nothing (this message specially for uk people and beware from them)

Telephone order placed but what a nightmare?! This merchant totally ignored all e-mails sent to them and only notified me about delays in processing completion and shipping when I called to check the order status?! This merchant apparently does not understand ENGLISH nor do they care about Customer Service or Customer Satisfaction?! This transaction was DISPUTED when I was sent tracking information with bracelet closure instructions that were too difficult to operate or understand?! I REFUSED shipment delivery and had FEDERAL EXPRESS RETURN TO SHIPPER ASAP for which this merchant had been PAID IN FULL and also had the merchandise several days before they ever attempted a FULL REFUND of any kind?! Thank goodness for Pay Pal Credit as they HELPED a bad situation from getting worse as I was assured a FULL REFUND even if the merchant refused to comply?! Pay Pal Credit is a SAFE for the Customer so to speak as they HELP when we Consumers run across merchants who think they can get by with anything they want and have no regard for the Customer/Consumer?!

It was not what the picture looked like and much smaller. I did want to return, but with shipping and insuring it and yes there is a restocking FEE. They say no hassle return, but after the return I'm out $55.00. Or more. I will not be ordering anything else. Looking at the review some people get what they want. Good luck!

These are scammers They deceived me I sent them a ring for refund and they say that there are no rings in the box. They did not return the money to me and just took it. I do not advise anyone to contact this company.

Every single return is being video recorded for security and insurance purposes we have all evidence that this package came without the ring inside, we cannot refund the customer for something that was not returned, customer cannot have the ring and the money at the same time!

Ordered a piece on 3/9, im'd Mary after purchase she confirmed 3 days to ship. Im'd on 3/15 was told by Jenny would ship on 3/18. When I asked what happened she said eternity rings take longer. You would think Mary would have known that. Now I IM today 3/18 and am told order will ship 3/29. I asked for a manager and was told it could take up to 3 hours. I missed my anniversary diner on 3/17 and told my wife she would have her gift by Monday.

I purchased a diamond bridal set from this company on 11/13/2015
When I received my order the "diamond grading report" that I received from the company indicated that the diamonds were J in color (near colorless) and VS2 (very slightly included) in clarity. They also appraised the replacement value at $25,294.00. The diamonds in both rings were visibly yellow in color so I immediately took them to a local jewelry appraiser for evaluation. Under closer examination the stones in the rings proved to be nowhere near what their paperwork had indicated and the appraisal value of the rings was slightly over $6,000.00. I blame myself for this since I did in fact do my homework and had read other reviews that indicated very similar issues with other customers who purchased items from this company. I foolishly thought that their experiences were probably isolated. Much to my disappointment I found out that this is apparently their typical way of doing business. I have contacted them and they offered to "evaluate" the rings and "see if anything could be done" I declined and requested a refund.
To add insult to injury, Prime Style has a policy that states return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. So, despite the fact that they falsely advertised and knowingly sold me an inferior product I am now responsible for paying for sending their misrepresentation back to them.

You chose the refund option without allowing us to review your local appraisal nor to give us an option to reinspect the item. Our return rate is less than 1% which is a testimony to our quality products and low prices. However you chose to return the item for a refund which was offered to you.

A manager also called you and offered you a return label so please call us back so we can assist you with that.

Started off probably like you, reading all the reviews I could about Primestyle. Their prices looked almost too good to be true and in my case they were. Without burning the time to describe several phone calls to Michael and David suffice it to say that what they sold me and delivered was not what they promised it to be. The main stone diamond quality was not even close to what they declared. With David, I picked out a 1.2 ct princess cut diamond specifically off their website inventory list and gave them $500 more to make the change. When I get my ring back a second time, the center stone was NOT the stone I specifically paid for! Are you kidding me? David agreed that it was not the stone I selected and said that they had actually set a better stone, NOT. They cannot be trusted to do what they say they will do. It has taken me a month to get my money back and now that I do have my money, here is your honest appraisal of your business model and practice. Avoid if you value true quality and honesty of your trading partners.

I purchased a White Gold Diamond Trilogy Ring for my fiancé G colour and VS1-VS2 Clarity, when it arrived, as you will see from the photos it is YELLOW, I contacted Primestyle immediately and David laughed down the phone to me saying "You expect a GIA certified diamond for that price? HAHAHA" NO DAVID I WANT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED TO ME! I had also spoke to Thomas before making my purchase to ensure it would not be yellow in colour and Thomas promised me it would be "As shown on website once you order the G colour". What a joke, it was VERY Yellow. I then wanted to send it back for a refund, I had to pay 80 ~$100 to post it back. I was then advised that they were going to charge me $60 for posting the ring to me, therefor refunding me the cost minus $60 for shipping, this is a joke as on the site it is stated up top, "FREE SHIPPING" AND when you look at their shipping page, if you do need to pay for shipping it is $30 INTERNATIONAL, so where did the $60 come from Primestyle? Biggest rip off of a company. AVOID AVOID AVOID, if you love the person you want to give the ring to DO NOT buy substandard items from Primestyle.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE PRIMESTYLE. THEY RIPPED ME OFF. Substandard quality and overcharged for shipping.

I ordered an engagement ring for my girlfriend from primestyle. I went with a. 8 ct center diamond, 2 blue sapphires on the sides and then several smaller diamonds down the band.

This was ordered in an I/J color. When the ring came it had a very noticeable yellow tint. I know nothing about rings so the yellow color wasn't given a second thought until my fiancé mentioned it. I had 2 seperate jewelers/gemologists look at it and say the color was closer to an M, maybe lower.

Primestyle had nothing but excuses when questioned about this issue. We actually ordered another ring in G/H color that was found to be a borderline J color, possible K. Neither ring was appraised for anywhere near where primestyle said they were worth.

When I called and said I wanted to return the 2nd ring, I was told I could return it for in-store credit in the amount I paid for the ring. This company is very dishonest and I'll never purchase anything from them again.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option.

Reading through the 5 star reviews on this site I note that they are all written in similar style and all by brand new reviewers. I think they must have someone employed full time to write these reviews. BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! I believe these are the only real ones. Just think how many reviews you could write in 40 hours a week. Especially if you just copy and paste the good reviews from other (actually decent) sites and change the name.

I've seen negative comments be removed from their facebook page also - they only leave the positive comments.

They are scammers and cheats.

We bought a ring that was advertised as one thing but we received quite a different thing. We had the ring valued and it was WAY below the quality they advertised. We returned the ring in the time allowed and have been fighting to get our money back ever since. We bought a color G diamond but the diamond that arrived in the ring was pale yellow and just AWFUL. We were told the color was actually L! L! And was S1, not VS1 as advertised. Such a low quality diamond most places will NOT stock them. It was heart breaking.

They are criminals and you should heed this warning and the other negative reviews before even considering buying from them. If you DO buy from them, make sure you get written confirmation BEFORE giving them your money that you will be able to get it back if they provide you with something of lower quality than your paid for.

My husband ordered my engagement ring through them in 2010. There site is real fast to tout LIFETIME WARRANTY! One of the reasons we went through them. We also ordered my wedding band through them. My engagement ring has a stone fall out twice, I have had to get it put back in. I did it here locally where I live because I didn't want to be with out my ring. Then recently me head diamond got a huge crack in it and I contacted them, They told me all the warranty meant was that we could buy the diamond at 50% below the retail price :( And that I was going to have to pay to get my ring recast so that the diamonds would stop falling out. It was going to cost me $1,250.00 to get my ring fixed and it would not have a warranty then either. I took it to my local jewelry that I do business with and he sad that it was a low grade diamond, and they would change the head stone out for me and I could trade my it in towards a new diamond, I thought it over and talked to my husband and we decided to do that so this weekend Jensen Jewelers had a diamond show and my husband and I went they took my head stone as a trade in they are recasting my engagement ring and I will have a REAL LIFETIME WARRANTY! If my stone falls out they will replace it no questions asked. All of that and it was $2,000.00 out the door, a little bit more than Prime Style however it was worth the peace of mind getting a real warranty, plus I bought an additional insurance policy with it for the Prime style diamonds. My wedding band is still holding up. I had the jewelry check all the diamonds and they are low grade diamonds but if someone is not a jeweler than they won't notice. So be careful and if you do make a purchase know it won't have a LIFETIME WARRANTY!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE YOUR DIAMONDS YELLOW! They only offer yellow or gold colored diamonds none are colorless or near colorless. I-J are gold and G-H are yellow. Please trust the bad reviews.

Clearly I did not receive what I paid for, which was the reason for the return. I purchased a loose diamond, ordered a VS1, but received a diamond with a very large, visible to the eye, tornado cloud in the pavilion of the diamond, which, according to their own standards, is not indicative of a VS1. When I requested the refund, I explained this to the customer service manager who agreed with me, and in fact, admitted they "may have sent me the wrong diamond! That said, I would have expected a full refund, especially since the return was due to a quality issue on the part of PrimeStyle, however, they charged a credit processing fee of 4% and refused to refund that portion. DO NOT make the same mistake I did, DO NOT purchase a diamond without a certificate from a reputable diamond grading company, such a GIA or AGS. It will cost a little more and it will be well worth it! We ended up with a gorgeous diamond from Whiteflash.com. Top notch operation from outstanding customer service to the verified quality of the diamond.

I ordered a pair of earrings July 12,2015 and received them July 29,2015 and that only because I contacted PrimeStyle multiple times asking what happened to my order.

I was excited about my earrings when they arrived, but when I took a closer look at the fabrication and quality of the earrings I couldn't believe what I saw.
The fabrication and quality of the earrings was very bad.

I contacted PrimeSyle the day I received the earrings and asked for an RMA #.
The person I talked to told me that the department who handles returns is closed and they
Will be in shortly and that I should call back. After telling him that it is 9:35 a.m. on a Wednesday morning it is simply impossible that there is nobody there that would be able to help me with the RMA #. He then transfered me over to another person which then told me that she will send me an email with the RMA #.

Return Reason: 1.50CT round cut diamonds diamond earrings / Platinum / G-H / VS1-VS2

Earrings won't close properly (loose).
The frame of the earrings is not round. It's uneven and visible by the naked eye.
The prong settings is uneven and just horrible.
The diamonds have a yellowish color to them which they shouldn't, having a clarity of
G-H / VS1-VS2.

All together, the fabrication and quality of the earrings was very bad.

I received and email on August 12,2015 from PrimeStyle stating that they refunded me $395.78 (instead of $425.77 for the 1st installment / all toghether I had 4 installment payments of $425.77).

Now, I assume that the difference of $29.99 is probably the shipping charges that they billed me for, for sending the earrings to me in the first place.

This was the worst experience shopping online! I am very dissapointed!
I do not recomment this vendor to anybody.

I purchased a wedding ring with 0.9 carat of diamond. The ring from Primestyle was much cheaper than what I could buy locally in Australia. I ordered diamond colour I-J however the diamonds in the ring are very clearly yellow and not I-J. Unfortunately given the cost of the ring it isn't going to be worth paying for an evaluation and postage back to the USA, just disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

I hope that you will publish this because I can't believe what happened to me. I bought an $10,000 Tennis Bracelet (his price). I noticed that there were an awful lot of yellow diamonds, and the diamonds were small. I was not sure if I wanted to keep it, but before I decided to do anything, I had to get it insured, which meant i had to take it to a jeweler of the insurance companys choice. We found out that more than half of the diamonds were fake. They were moissanite. I was lucky that this jeweler had a moissanite tester, or I would have been taken... So, I was lucky enough to return the bracelet before it turned into a pumpkin. And when I told him about the moissanite, he just said, ok, just return it... Like it was No big deal.

Tip for consumers:
Take your piece to a jewler that can test for Moissanite.

Again I repeat and ask you to contact us in order for us to offer you a solution or a further explanation as of why sometimes the digital tester can be wrong in evaluating diamonds and it is important a gemologist is looking into this.
