I ordered a pair of stud earrings from Primestyle with 0.50CT round cut diamonds in yellow gold. The earrings were great, the only problem was the back was coming off quite easily. I almost lost the ring because of the problem. I contacted Primestyle and told them about it, they were kind enough to replace the back. It’s much safer now. Coming to the jewelry, what they offer is quite justified for the price they charge. So, I’m quite happy with my earrings. You can try them out too.

The best thing about Primestyle is there order delivery status updates. I was getting updates on almost every stage. I first got a message stating that my order is specifications have been received and would be shipped in 3 business days. Then next update stated that a diamond expert would carefully choose the diamond for my jewelry and it is scheduled to be shipped in 2 days. Final message stated that the order was scheduled to ship tomorrow and I received it on the exact same day as mentioned. When I opened the box, I was amazed with the diamond shine; it looked much better than how it looked on the website. Happy with their service.

I know they say that you are supposed to spend 25% of your yearly salary on an engagement ring, but things a been a little difficult lately and although I wanted to buy my girlfriend [now fiancée] a diamond engagement ring and surprise her, I was a little surprised at how little ring you could get for the budget I had set aside [around 10% of my salary]. Most of the jewelry stores I went into were – not to put too fine a point on it – snotty about the amounts of money I had in my budget. So I decided to go online and see if I could find something more interesting and hopefully less snotty. I was lucky enough to find this company – primestyle – who managed to provide me with the very nice quality ring well within my budget. Very pleased! Great customer service! I had ordered from Primestyle in the past and got great service, but now it was a few years later and I was hoping the company was still as good. I needed a matching wedding band for my engagement ring so I called them up hoping they would be able to pull up such an old order from 06. But they were able to find me in their system and find the engagement ring that I purchased so many years ago. I was delighted especially when they said that they would be taking my stones from the same parcel to make sure they matched perfectly meaning I didn't have to take of and send in my engagement ring for them to match the diamonds. When I received the wedding band, it not only matched perfectly, it complimented the engagement ring just like the picture. So I'm very happy with Primestyle and will recommend them to all of my friends and family for sure.

Well, I must admit I was pleasantly surprised when dealing with this company. I'd originally worried that the low cost of that jewelry would mean they wouldn't be able to provide a decent customer service. Fortunately – the reverse turned out to be true, as I found out when I accidentally ordered the wrong size ring. I contacted the customer service department as soon as I realized my mistake, and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful, enabling me to change my order with very little fuss
And bother. As I understand it, they have a large stock of various sizes of rings, and it was no problem for them to recall the order, change the sizing, and still give me the ring in time. I can highly recommend them, because despite their low prices, somehow they managed to offer a really good customer service program.

Few days ago, I booked a wedding set made of white gold embedded with diamonds. Primestyle charged my credit card $814.99. It did not bother me because I ordered what I wanted. But what was delivered to me was not something I ordered. It totally pissed me off.

I immediately contacted the Primestyle team. They apologized and ask to return the wedding set. And in exchange they sent me the item I ordered along with a complimentary gift. I appreciate their efforts and quick and timely response to the issue.

What a fantastic resource for those of us know nothing about Diamonds, or even how to go about choosing what to look for. My first port of call had been a couple of the high Street jewelry stores including Zales, where I had been treated like the proverbial leper. They could hardly wait to usher me out the door clutching a couple of sales pamphlets which told me next to nothing. Then somebody recommended I take a look at the prime style "education center," and I was able to learn everything I needed to make an informed decision. I contacted the sales department, told him what I wanted and in under a week I'd received the diamond earrings I wanted for my wife. 10 out of 10 as far as I'm concerned.

All in all a very pleasant experience. Although I'm a little dubious as to whether or not the quality is as described. Having said that – I'm not really sure I understand the differences between the various qualities, so that might be just me. I'm a little ignorant when it comes to diamonds, so it may just be that I've misunderstood. Certainly my wife is very pleased with the pendant I just purchased and at the end of the day it's far more important that she is satisfied, so I can definitely rate primestyle well.

My ring the beautiful item ******* was great, but the customer service that I received from this company was even better. I had a few concerns before placing my order especially because it is an online purchase and the sales people took the time to explain the whole process to me. They explained it would take over three days because when I saw the free overnight shipping I figured I was getting it overnight. They explained the return policy and I have not found any reason to return it as yet. They even let me talk to their on site diamond specialist which gave me additional information about the appraisal and the diamond cut etc. This was a great experience, and I can't wait to have a reason to come back. My sister and brother bought me a pair of diamond earrings (the slightly dangly ones) from Primestyle for my birthday. I have a terrible nickel allergy so am SO sensitive to cheap earrings. My sister told the people at Primestyle this and they said that would definitely not be a problem with their earrings. These earrings have not irritated my ears at all and the diamonds have a good sparkle and clarity to them. I can’t comment on the ordering aspect of the purchase because I didn’t actually do it, but as far as the product goes, I’m satisfied and would recommend them.

At PrimeStyle, I met some of the best sales executives. They are highly professional and knowledgeable. They are proactive and willing to help me at every point. Ordering for the three stone diamond rings was not only easy but also extremely timesaving. Surely, their service has won me over! Now I am planning to buy a diamond stud earring and certainly, this time I will transact with PrimeStyle only. Primestyle was great. The representative that I spoke with over the phone was extremely helpful and even more important polite and friendly. When I told her my price range she did not try to show me rings outside of it but rather helped me work within my budget. The only complaint and really it isnt a big deal at all, is that making sure that the customer understands that overnight shipping takes more than one day when it is to areas a large distance away. But like I said it wasnt really a big deal and I still got the ring in within the same week. I would and have highly recommended Primestyle.com to anyone in search for great jewelry at a great price.

I'm always in search of beautiful diamonds and diamond jewelry. From Zales to Tiffany's to even De Beers, I love going through their jewelry designs, however, these big brands offer jewelry at way higher prices. Primestyle on the other hand is far more affordable while providing equally attractive designs. I had ordered two 1.00Ct diamonds from them and they are my favorite.

Now, I'm considering creating a pair of diamond rings using them and I'm hoping that I could again use Primestyle's service of custom rings. Would see how they do the job. Thanks guys!
