I had high expectations since this was my first ever purchase of diamond jewelry online and Primestyle could have done better. Initially there was some error during the order placement, I had to call them to get some help on it. Then, once the order was placed, it was delayed for a couple of business days. I love my engagement ring from primestyle! It has a princess cut diamond in the middle and 24 little diamonds on the side. When this ring is catching the light its just breathtaking! Additionally I saw some reviewers complained about some appraisers giving different ratings than what primestyle appraisal stating, its important to understand that the ratings giving by the appraiser are relative, meaning that what is considered "G-H" to one person may not be considered "G-H" to another. Any diamond specialist or certified gemologist will tell you that...

The diamond jewelry they sell is actually very good (saying this even though I bought just once from them).

I ordered a pair of 1.50Ct emerald cut diamonds from them and they were delivered to me 3 business days.

Wow! Just – wow!

Awesome service, wonderful, helpful staff – especially for somebody like me who was incapable of making a decision. I couldn't tell the difference between an Emerald and a Princess cut diamond, but after wasting 45 minutes of the poor sales girl's time on their "Live Chat," service, I was eventually able to decide what I needed. I guess a lot of people have a similar problem, because there are so many different cuts and metals and prices to choose from, but the live help certainly helped me to make a decision. No pushy sales techniques either which I appreciated, and if they had been pushy I would've probably gone and found another company.

All in all a very good experience, and when the ring turned up I was very impressed with the quality.

Purchased: 1.8 carat round cut eternity band. When: January. Paid: $1190. Bought the yellow gold eternity band which has round diamonds all the way around on two tiers basically. The ring looks like a vintage band to me, which is what I was originally looking for but couldn't find. Band is very solid and on the thick side so it looks substantial. Diamonds seem to be of good quality and have a good sparkle to them. My only complaint is that I get soap stuck in the ring if I don't rinse my hands well. Shipping was quick. Would recommend.

I have to say, that I think this is probably one of the best places on the Internet to buy a loose diamonds from. I’m not sure why they are so much less expensive than most of the other places you can buy diamonds from but the simple fact is you can usually pick up a diamond from them for about 75% off what appears to be the normal prices. I know they can discount jewelry because they make themselves, but to be able to sell loose diamonds in such a low price is quite impressive. At the end of the day, I suppose it doesn’t really matter how they are able to do it, what really matters is the fact that they do and can. So the next time you need a loose diamond go check them out.

They have a lot of diamond jewelry products on Primestyle at attractive prices. Some are even under $2000 and purchasing them is very affordable. Their diamonds are shiny, metals they use are well polished and neat, their designs are not so out of trends. Their website and their blog is very informative and helpful. So if you are buying products that are under $2000 you can choose primestyle, I'm saying $2000 because that's the max I have spent on for purchasing from them. It's a go-to place for sure.
