I have used Prestige eyeliner for many years, but the one I use, Golden Brown, was out of stock. I figured why not try another pencil type eyeliner from a company that I have trusted. I purchased Total intensity - Gold Nugget. Wrong, I got a very cheap type of eyeliner pencil that was so soft that it broke/peeled off as I applied it. Absolutely disgusting and disgusted! I cannot even return this junk. Also the color was so much harsher than the picture in the website. This Total Intensity Gold Nugget is garbage now.
I have bought 3 products for a special day I had to attend on July 6th, today is July 22nd and my order still hasn't arrived… contacted customer service they told me to wait until July 24…. WHAT?! I called the carrier they told me that they don't have my package prestige hast never mailed it out…?! I asked to re send my items or give me my money back, they refused to….
The sales girl Brandy at the ULTA store in Wesley Chapel FL 12/23/18 at around 2:30 pm Was not only rude but she called the customer a "C u Next Tuesday". She actually said that in the ULTA store in front of many customers. I am surprised that Prestige would hire this type of person. No more Prestige.
