Part of their appeal was that you can make as many changes as you want for up to five years. UNLESS you'd like to change your email address contact/log-in info. Seems incredible in this day and age that there is absolutely no way to change your email address. Did not happen even after contacting their customer service on numerous occasions.
My other beef is that Marriage Equality has been legal in the state where they are doing business for the past 8 years, yet they cannot answer some simple questions as to how my will cannot be correctly updated now that I have gotten married.
Big frustrations with their attitude and lack of customer service.
The site is very easy to use. It took me about 20 mins to write a whole will and check out. The interface is very nice. They also give you free changes.
