Service was professional and quick California to Florida in like 2 or 3 days. $72 for light bulbs seems a little pricey in my opinion, but the car looks great, & after watching the YouTube video install was fairly easy for me (im not at all handy)
Came across your website while browsing around looking for an upgrade on my headlights on both of my Hondas. (Accord and Civic). From comparison and reviews I've seen, you guys got me. The tutorial videos was a nice touch, especially for the cars I have specifically, step by step, easy to install.

They have an informative customer service staff. Highly satisfied with the LEDs. They do cost much more than anything on the market, but so far they're proving to be worthy. Hope to see them last. Will definitely recommend.

Product is a different story. This is the third time I've replaced my dome lights. They conveniently go out shortly after the warranty is up. If an LED is supposed to last thousands of hours why am I replacing them that often?
So the video is a GREAT idea and was one of several deciding factors along with price and quality.
I've had costly professional installs before. I held off on changing my lights to led because it looked like a simple job that was overcharged. Watching the video proved me right. The detailed instructions are spot on. The comparative price is excellent. Cheap lights fail. Don't waste money.

The map lights were dimmer than I had expected, after having seen the YouTube installation video, making them appear as though they were upwards of around 800 lumens. The trunk LED was nice and bright though. The professional tools seemed a little flimsy.
I sent them an email regarding a faulty product. I then asked to have them send a new one and they agreed. The "product" according to them was sent on 03/25, but when I use the tracking LM*******US its still "Awaiting Shipment" meaning USPS has not receive the product yet. Precisionled told me that they sent it the next day where the tracking is not even updating. I sent a follow-up email on Monday 04/06 and they replied 04/07 saying they will send a "NEW" replacement but gave me the same tracking number. Outrageous and very so unprofessional. I will contact my bank later to get my refund, instead of waiting for nothing.
I ordered the Toyota Tundra Premium LED Interior Package and the rear cargo led bulbs. When I got my order, the cargo bulbs were missing. I have emailed them twice asking about the the missing bulbs. Not even a response from them. Well I guess their non response is their response.
Disappointing since they seemed like they were a reputable company. If I wanted to be ripped off, I would have gone with cheapo Chinese companies on eBay. Buy your LED's elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation.
Looks like a cool product for my new car. Looking forward to installing these.
They were easy to install and your YouTube installation video was very helpful. My 2017 CR-V has more lights than the basic kit (two cargo/trunk lights). I called after receiving the kit and the customer rep sent me the extra light--no additional fees. Great customer service!

My order originally contained the wrong bulb for the dome light for a 2016 Nissan Rogue but I placed a call and was promptly sent the correct bulb. All around, a good experience. The products are much more expensive than I've found in my research but I do like that there's detailed YouTube videos outlining how to install so that makes up for the extra cost. Thanks again!

The product I have ordered arrived very quickly, About a week i'm guessing, was well protected for shipping.As of right now I have yet to Install the L.E.D lights so will comment any Issues If any once I Install the new lights. P.S The three piece Interior tools that are Included are awesome quality.
I am completely blown away by this product. They look amazing and are way brighter than the stock halogens. I did have to pinch some of the connector tabs so the bulb would fit. I guess the halogens tubes were bigger than the replacements but everything fit in perfectly besides that. I would love to see some led fog lights or some led headlights for the patriot next if you are looking towards expanding your product line. I would be a return customer if you had those for sure!
Glad I was able to get a hold of someone regarding a question involving the product. They are knowledgeable and provide really good customer service. So far the interior lights work and dont produce that annoying dim glow after they're powered off. Additionally, the leds are nice and bright and really allows good vision at night getting in and out of the vehicle compared to stock bulbs.
Bulbs were slightly different than the ones I replaced on my fog lights. Overall, the ease of finding the proper bulb was much easier than other sites. Just wish there was an option to replace a single bulb vs. having to purchase two pack. Customer service was extremely helpful.
The package for my Tundra made everything very easy. I did have an issue with the dome light bulbs, one of the diffuser lenses came off during the install. It was glued back on. Overall a positive experience and the light is crazy bright and a very white color. I highly recommend this premium kit.
Web site was easy to navigate which made ordering very easy. Shipping was fast and product was easy to install. I think price could be a little better maybe $5.00 to $7.00 cheaper. Lights are very bright as advertised. My wife's lease is almost over on her current car. I will purchase these lights for her new car very soon. Over all very pleased with the total experience.
