I sent them an email regarding a faulty product. I then asked to have them send a new one and they agreed. The "product" according to them was sent on 03/25, but when I use the tracking LM987635110US its still "Awaiting Shipment" meaning USPS has not receive the product yet. Precisionled told me that they sent it the next day where the tracking is not even updating. I sent a follow-up email on Monday 04/06 and they replied 04/07 saying they will send a "NEW" replacement but gave me the same tracking number. Outrageous and very so unprofessional. I will contact my bank later to get my refund, instead of waiting for nothing.
