The picture next to the set was miss leading. While the set consisted of 4 bulbs and was listed as such the picture showed many more. While one can say the package was listed so you should have known, the picture implied more bulbs. This is disingenuous marking in my opinion. Leaves a sour feeling.many people such as myself are visual and don't the fine print. Buyer beware.
This company will send the wrong product and then they will not answer their phones. They might answer an email but they do not correct the problem. The LED bulbs that they do send only last about a week before they burn out. Seriously I've never had an LED burn out after one week. Stay far away from this company. You would be better off buying the cheapest LED at your local auto store it will last longer
Website became unresponsive several times on my PC and phone. Also, it doesn't include my car, Honda Insight 2019 but the interior lights for the civic 8th generation work just fine. Wish there was a comparison between premium LEDs and regular LED brightness. Everything else is good.
Order was timely product was as advertised. Only problem was the web site advertised 5 interior lights only 4 as confirmed by the invoice. Contacted your company about the problem with a copy of the invoice and they immediately made it right by sending out the additional light. On line instructions (you tube) was great.
I am very happy with the LED package for our 4Runner. One item was missing but was quickly shipped out, great communications from the service team with an issue I had to assist with install. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

Received and installed headlights, fog lights and interior lights. Did not receive the 6 ohm load resistors. Very happy with all the lights.
This is my first order with you and it is difficult to judge until I see more than just the website, I would like to see more detail on what exactly I am purchasing and what each bulb goes to.
After receiving my order I just received 3 lights, they said on there web site it was all the interior lights I was expecting the lights for the gauges. I only received two map lights and one dome light and the dome light was to long by 1/4 ".
Will never purchase another thing from then.
Problems with placing and registering my first order. Error message that PayPal would not accept payment order and that I needed a password. I have been using PayPal with the same demographics with no previous problem.
I have not been able to install the map light yet, since the covers are different from the video instructions.
So far, so good. Haven't got order yet, we'll see. Bought extra bulbs for license plate, they are not replaceable with what you sold me. Stock bulbs are a self-contained Mercedes unit. Need more video's for an E350, wish I could video & change bulbs at the same time, kinda hard to do that. Not sure why, footwell bulbs stay ON when driving, sometimes, can't understand why that happens.
I haven't really heard about you guys, but you seem pretty legit and even have a YouTube video installing the lights for my 1999 Miata, so I will give it a try. It is nice that you ask for the vehicle year, lots of sites don't do that.
UPDATE: good product, but you might have to fidget with it. The install procedure changed a bit from the video, and the heat sink now presses into the gasket, don't know if that's safe. The heatsink servo is loud. But I can see farther than ever; bright enough that people flash me ay night cause they think I have my brights on. Sweet revenge.
When paying for a Premium LED you expect the same thing across all parts of the business. When I finally spoke with someone they were very polite and fixed the issue. However, 24 + hour return time on issues and calling customer care and getting a Voicemail with not one call back... Also the fact that I had the reverse lights left out of my order and was told...'you weren't told those were 24-48 behind you should have got a email' I did not... The product is great no complaints. I was referred by a friend to your LED's b/c how happy he was with the purchase. I will refer your lights to others and kindly say I hope they get your order right. B/c it's going to take some time out of your day to get a timely response.
Great product, great value. I had a minor issue that involved me not recieving all of what I ordered, but my email response was in a timely manner. Waiting another week for the rest of my order was an inconvenience though.
Two bulbs received were defective. I contacted customer service and they were prompt. After following directions, they shipped out new bulbs. Always nice to know that a companies customer service is top notch.
There great would recommend very well made bought from them for years they fit and work perfectly!
Website can be a bit confusing when searching for stuff. There is also a lack of details on lumens, etc. for each bulb. Premade packages (my 2007 4runner) help but I had to go back and ask a couple times for other bulbs that were NOT listed with my vehicle. Also, to maximize sales, you should seriously consider listing ALL the bulbs available when I input my vehicle, AND, after a small package purchase, provide a discount of 10-20% for each additional bulb added. It would be much simpler to navigate and provide more incentive to get all the bulbs needed on one website. If someone contacts me I can elaborate further on this.
I have not installed the product yet initially the incorrect product was shipped and the replacement took longer to arrive than the original shipment did. I had a satisfactory experience with customer service I can advise better on the product once it is installed
Good, hope shipping isn't slow. It was ok. Called about footwell lights in my vehicle and tech gave me a #. My vehicle doesn't have replaceable footwell lights, I can use the 2 extra in other places so I don't have to return.
Ordering and delivery was fast and easy. Had trouble getting adapters to get lights to install. Found them to be dimmer that original halogen bulbs. Wont be using them. Took them out and put in new halogens.
I have left several inquiries about the products they offer and each time I was left a response very quickly. They even left a link that would take me to the correct item that would work for my car. A very easy and professional business service.
I emailed the company asking many questions about color temperature and brightness. I was emailed back in a timely manner along with the details I needed. I emailed them more than once and those times I was always told to reply if I needed further assistance. Great company!
