This is the first time that I have dealt with PPL and I was completely satisfied with the whole experience.

I received the order sooner than expected. I ordered the wrong item, talked with Dan who instructed as to the process to return the item. He was most helpful and I appreciate his help. The item has been returned and the correct item ordered, thanks to Dan.

I needed a storage latch. I didn't have a part number, and I couldn't find it on the website. I called customer support and the sales person had me describe it and said that sounds like four different ones. He said to send him pictures, which I did. He figured out the correct latch, and we got it ordered. Great job on his part.

Great customer service on my first attempt using PPL. Ordered an RV toilet. It arrived as promised. No games on pricing. Othe websites reduced item price and tried to stick me with excessive shipping costs. All Baloney. None of that from PPL. Might have isdues trying to install the toilet but have not installed yet.

Ordered a water heater on Sat. And received it on Wed. Price was better than we could find anywhere else. Merchandise was name brand and excellent quality. I purchased this for a friend because I have purchased from PPL in the past several times and always been very satisfied. I will purchase again in the future and highly recommend them.
