Due to computer issues, I had to order from my Blackberry. Pleasant experience
Ordering is very easy. Delivery was prompt, but the item was poorly packaged and had been dropped several times before it arrived. The box was in very poor condition and the item is bent at both mounting flanges. This would have been better shipped on a pallet.

Search engine was a little complicated. The product and price was great. Will buy again from PPL. Would be nice to have a tracking number as I wasn't sure when to expect it and with all the package thefts going on nationwide, it would help. I did like nearly all of PPL. Excellent order and payment process and quality and price was very good. Thanks much. Look forward to my next purchase with PPL.
Easy to order fair price and fast delivery

During the order process, I received a cryptic error msg that there was something wrong with my shipping address, which turned out to be that I'd supplied a 9-digit zip for the billing address (as well as shipping). A specific reason would have been helpful, or perhaps simply stating above the zip code field: "5-digit zip code", so I could have entered it correctly the first time without having to correct it afterwards.
Other than that, I was impressed & satisfied with all aspects of the ordering process: price, speed of delivery, quality of service. I had no reason to contact Customer Service, but would expect the response to be equally attentive & positive.
