I love my chair. It's nice an wide for people like me that are overweight an need a comfortable chair to sit in, especially if you go to a festive an need to sit down for awhile, or auctions, family reunion etc... I also like the idea that you can adjust the chair sitting up straight or laying back part ways. I have osteoarthritis in my lower back an there are very few chairs that I can sit on that's comfortable with my back problems an this chair is one of them, it's awesome.Also that it folds too, easier to take with you somewhere.
I thought by ordering on line shipment would happen next day. That did not happen. Order was not processed until Monday. By your web site if I had called in order by phone it would have been processed faster. Don't understand that. We were planning trip to leave on Thursday but due to weather concerns did not go. Received item Friday after lunch which would have been to late.
No hassle, great experience.

I have made several purchases from PPL and one thing I would like to say is how helpful the associates are. I called in looking for two inside face mounts for two different ac units. She was able to match what I needed with a couple of photos and both units that I received fit perfectly. I was very impressed.
