This was my first experience with PPL and it was/is a very positive one! I needed a new trailer hitch for our new trailer and their representative was very knowledgeable about the particular hitch that I wanted and the price was about 60% of the cost at the dealers and that included freight. The delivery time was unbelievable, it was here in just a few days! GREAT!

Price was best on the interweb as was $9.99 shipping. Got my purchase the next day, although PPL is in Texas, the item was shipped from a distribution center three miles frm my house in Oregon. I could not buy the item at camping world for close to the PPL price and they are across the freeway frm the dist center!

Suburban Furnace Nt 16s SEries ducted. Used for the first time this weekend. Seems to heat our small camper quick and keeps it comfortable. Not sure if it pulls on the battery more than expected but will use a bigger battery next time

Unit worked well for about a week. After a rainstorm it stopped functioning, the bubble in the level disappeared and the compass was inaccurate. Contacted Weingard. They are sending a replacement. Hope it works. Spent a great deal of time trying to get a signal after the rainstorm.
