I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE REP. WAS VERY HELPFUL. I WOULD AND WILL DO SERVICE AGAIN WITH PPLMOTORHOMES.

Had to modify the lights slightly. Didn't want to cut into the fiberglass siding on our coach, and the lights are not flush mount. Trimmed them so they could be be mounted flush. Work great. Wish they came with a rubber boot to place between light and the siding.

I was upset that PPL did not contact m e when there was a problem with delivery which totally uncharacteristic of PPL. I finally called and found that the vender had not sent the product. In the past and hopefully in the future I have received great service from PPL. I hope this order was an isolated iisue.

When I phoned in the Parts Department was very helpful and knew what I needed. I was told it would take 5 to 7 days for my order to arrive in PA. I could hardly believe it when it arrived the NEXT day. It was a pleasant experience to order from PPL

Paul in customer service helped me with the parts I needed for an old Argosy A&E awning. It is up and solid now.
