Easy order, arrived quickly. Item was exactly as ordered. Did have a question and when I sent the question to the company it was answered very quickly.
We be ordering again from this company.

We will need to return the GPS it is not what we thought it would be. You have to have it plugged in to either your computer or motor home. It does not retain a charge. We need one like my Garmin which I use a lot when it is not plugged in. Also all the manuals are online so either I have to print out the manual or try and look things up using my phone. It just isn't easy to use like other GPS systems I've had.

Always a great place to get what I need for RV's.

Ordered new steps for motorhome they were shipped very fast and are a better step then what i expected have not got them installed yet but expect no problems.

What I want at a good price. The $9.95 shipping (see details) is a little cagey. Not a lot of communication - I got my e-mailed confirmation/receipt. The next communication was from Lori at FEDEX at my end Tuesday morning - she called to set up a delivery window. Very fast and I'm very satisfied.

So far everything is 5 stars! Keep up the good work.

My first call I spoke to Aaron, he was friendly and helpful and patient. My husband was working and the tow bar was my assignment. Second call I spoke to Mike he was also so helpful. I got what I needed and all shipping options were explained. We even got the tow bar 3 days earlier than quoted! Their price was also lower than any other online. Would highly recommend PPL.
