Came within a week everything packed as ordered. It's not hooked up yet so when I get it installed I will make sure it's good under pressure I'll respond back with the new information.

The lower score for delivery time is not necessarily about pplmotorhomes but the delivery company (R&L Carriers). They scheduled me for a delivery on Wednesday between 12-4, so I took off work in order to be there for signed delivery. At 4:30 they had not arrived so I called their number twice but no answer. On Thursday morning I called again and received dispatch and he told me the order was on the truck today (Thursday). There was no apology or explanation concerning why the delivery day and time had been changed without a phone call. So I had to leave work again in order to meet driver...unacceptable!
I needed a method of showing the contents of the propane tanks on my new trailer. PPL had just what I needed and at a great price and I had it in a few days.
I have found PPL's prices as much as half the cost of an identical item from CW, even after my Good Sam "discount".

Your invoice indicated I would be notified of shipping (A separate email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships)--I have ordered several times from your company and have yet to receive an email giving me shipping information--I suspect your system is not working correctly--if this was a singular event I would dismiss as an error on that one occasion--but I have ordered at least 3 times from you and always end up writing an email requesting shipping and tracking info--as it turned out I ordered on Tuesday 03-14-2017 and received the order on Saturday 03-18-2017--nice job on the fast shipping--Thanks
