Shipment was first stated to be Friday, but for some reason it was changed to the following Wednesday. Had I have known that when ordering I would have made different shipping arrangements.

Fast service at a good price
The only reason I rated customer service as a 4 is because they didn't answer two emails with questions. Other than that, best price I could find on my parts and they arrived quickly and in great shape.

I followed my order in UPS. My part arrived on the following day that I ordered to my home town. UPS lost my order, I had to wait eight days for their investigation. I called PPL and they said that I would get in female and two days later I now have my hitch. Awesome customer service.!

It took two weeks to get a order an I had to call 2 times to even find the status I ask 3 weeks ago for a parts book an still have not received it
I did quite a bit of price comparisons (amazon, camping world, etc) and ppl had the best price. Brian Fonzi at New Braunfels is always helpful, and was again on this item!

Good as it should be! Package arrived by Fed Ex and courteous driver carried it to my trailer. Much appreciated as I'm 83 years old. In my 55 plus years connected to the trucking industry, I understand what service means.
