The website was very easy to use. I did phone earlier to ask a couple questions and the gentleman was very helpful. I am very excited to get this add-a-room for our camper we have down south for the winter.
I had the screenroom sent to my daughters home in Florida since we will be using it down there for the winter. She has informed me it was delivered even sooner than I anticipated. At this point I am not able to say how setup went or anything. We will be down there next week an am so looking forward to putting it up.

I needed a specific style of tank, had to special order one from a local place in my town, it came in 2 days later and was the wrong style. The right style of tank was double the cost and another few days. That afternoon I ordered from your company, and had the tank the very next morning at over half the cost the local company was going to charge. And, it was the right tank! Item shipped by you on 24 November 14, still waiting for it's arrival. Tracking indicates the shipment is sitting in Phoenix and had been for several days. Totally unacceptable! Reassessment of your shipper, DATS Trucking, is warranted.

The overall experience was good but they got the delivery address wrong so I had to go out and actually find the wrong address and pick up the products or I would not have received them for another 3-4 days...
Time of delivery, installation, and price were all great. No problems.
I ordered a gift for my son for Christmas from his Amazon wish list. The price at pplmotorhomes.com was less than Amazon so I ordered directly from the company. The ordering process was very easy and the product was delivered to my home within days of placing the order. I don't know about the product as it is a gift for my son's trailer. Overall, I am pleased with this site.
